On the first day of our stay at the Shangri-La Hotel, when we went to the reception, most of the staff did not speak English. However, a lady named Zoe Zhou helped us wholeheartedly and was extremely kind and professional. Sugar was also very helpful, and we are truly grateful to her. We had a lot of luggage and it did not fit into our suitcase, so we asked a male staff member to bring us a box. He not only brought the box but also kindly provided tape as well. His thoughtfulness and willingness to help really impressed us. Overall, the staff’s sincere support and warm attitude made our first day at the hotel very comfortable and memorable. Thank you very much!

Convenient location just in the middle of the town; friendly staff& good service provided. So I decided come back here stay 2more nights before finish our Inner Mongolia trip ;)

It was a nice experience, it was our first time in Baotou and Shangri La was good choice, nice service and staff and also delicios breakfast and best location

The hotel I stayed in this time was really amazing, just below my location, near the community, within a few minutes' walk. It was very convenient to travel, the room was warm and comfortable, the details were perfect, and even the corner was spotless.The bed is soft and moderate, so you can relax the enthusiasm of the front desk staff instantly when you lie down.

酒店極具特色，將中式園林的婉約與歐式建築的典雅完美融合，裝修奢華有品味，紅木用料精巧不顯土氣。房間非常寬敞，設施都是高配置：智能窗簾、戴森吹風機、雀巢膠囊咖啡機、全智能馬桶，床墊也特別舒服，細節處處體現品質。 服務方面，前台人員非常熱情，還會貼心推薦周邊美食；自助早餐也很精美，尤其是本地的羊雜湯，味道特別好。對於自駕遊的客人來説，停車方便，充電樁充足，非常省心。 總的來説，這是一次物超所值的入住體驗，強烈推薦給所有來鄂爾多斯的朋友！

My partner and I stayed here during our bicycle travels in China. The hotel was very generous holding a package for us for several months as we traveled from Xinjiang through Mongolia and back to China. They also held our bicycles for a week while we took a hiatus to Datong. The staff were friendly and Mark spoke excellent English and helped us a lot with arranging for taxis or other things that we needed. There are not any restaurants or really other businesses nearby - we needed to taxi into town for anything. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean on our initial stay. The pool was just a few lanes and the gym was pretty sparse, but both exist. The restaurant breakfast buffet was expansive but also expensive. It was better when the hotel was busy and the food turnover higher.

Very good hotel with international standards. We booked the family room as it was the only one which could accommodate an extra bed. Breakfast was alright, average for international standard but good for the local standard. The bed was really good, we all slept very well.

Reception is very helpful and extremely welcoming.. Mariott always lives up to its name. It's the only hotel that allows me to change money into smaller change. Room is comfortable and cosy. Worth every single cent. Location is great too. 2 malls are within walking distance.

設施：電梯衹有兩台，並且地庫看到説寬敞。但是由於酒店年份較久，因而地庫無法直達酒店。需要走到室外再下去。並且地下停車場指示不明，有一個什麼修車的標識，這個是給了多少廣告費，才可以把地下停車場換成這幾個字。還需要根據裏面的設施內容推斷這是屬於酒店的地下停車場。 門鎖：我訂的房間有一件防盜鏈有問題。哪怕是關上了也等於沒關。幸運的是底下的反鎖能用。 還有一間是底下的反鎖卡頓。需要我把門用整個身體抵住才可以。 衞生：很乾凈！並且雖然是年份較久的酒店，也沒有奇怪的味道。 環境：很乾凈，衹是走廊聲音太大可能不是很隔音。 服務：態度很好。一進酒店就有大堂經理送上熱茶。還有酒店的前台辦理入住的人員，辦理入住手續非常快！在這種國慶期間不需要等待就可以很快完成。 但是！ 由於訂房太着急沒有看清有無早餐，在早餐刷房卡或者報房間號的時候，操作人員説這個現實沒有早餐，我説我知道麻煩幫我登記一下，我離店的時候從我的按金中扣除。後來還是耽誤了一些時間。如果酒店在這個步驟可以進行便捷優化，比如立即輸入，不耽誤之後其他人進行報房間號吃早飯這樣的情況，可能對於大家的入住體驗都會更好。 烏海很美，內蒙人的熱情好客都感受到了！

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The food was well-prepared and presented, making it a delightful start to the day. ●The hotel is located in a central area, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. ●Overall, my stay at this hotel was exceptional. The comfort, service, and facilities made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
