The staff were very pleasant n helpful especially the Front Office n in the Restaurant. Breakfast was excellent. We also had dinner there and had top quality food. You can’t ask for a better location. Our room was outstanding, spacious with a lovely balcony. Thank you to all the staff had made our stay a memorable one.

Very higj standard hotel next to Quito airport. You need a shuttle to get to the hotel from the airport but the hotel runs a shuttle service round the clock. The staff were very professional and the facilities were great. Wish we could have stayed longer :)

Las instalaciones son muy cómodas. Incluye sales de baño para la tina, desafortunadamente la tina es un poco antigua de diseño y no sella completamente por lo que el agua fuga y es un poco incómoda. La cama muy cómoda y habitaciones silenciosas. Tiene varios restaurantes en el interior. El desayuno buffet incluye platos tradicionales y ají, eso es un plus. No incluye parqueadero, pero consta con convenio de $5.00 por 24hrs en parqueadero privado. El personal muy amable y sonriente.

I was there for the first time, doing a seminar for leaders in Buenas Nuevas Chrsitian Church, the experience at the hotel was great, specially the staff, front desk waiters in the restaurant. Everyone there was really attentive and helpful, the location is great too.
