Hotell med 5-stjärniga i Baskien, Spanien

Det ser ut som ett historiskt hotell med mycket bra läge, mitt i centrum och har en egen avgiftsbelagd parkeringsplats. Personalen i receptionen är mycket vänlig och entusiastisk, och servicen är på plats. Rummet är stort, rent och sanitärt, men faciliteterna är lite föråldrade. Hotellets frukostbuffé är mycket rik, men det saknas grönsaker. Jag nämnde det för servicepersonalen, och de tog med en tallrik 👍. Det var en trevlig vistelse.

Hotel location is amazing. Terrace bar on level 7 with views of the Guggenheim was wonderful! Going up to the bar and getting some drinks and snacks was really lovely and the staff at the bar, reception and everywhere in the hotel were always friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the stay! Close to great restaurants and cafes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Try your best to follow a more Spanish time for lunch and dinner to feel the atmosphere and the culture. Late lunch, late dinner, snacks in between such as pintxos and vermouth at different bars around the area.

Está bastante anticuado, los baños de las habitaciones son de los 80’s, pero calidad/precio estuvo bastante bien en general

La cama es un soniquete continuo no es demasiado pedir un colchón duro de calidad y que no suene al moverse,solo moverse para levantarte. La habitación estaba muy fría según el termostato 19º a la llegada y fue poco a poco subiendo hasta los 24º al tercer día no es sano pasar frío en invierno ponemos la calefacción a 25º y en verano el aire a 19º. Mal muy mal . Por último tiene una terraza con servicio de bebidas y domingo a las 20:00 no había posibilidad de tomar un cocktail porque no tenía hierbabuena y faltaba café y no había posibilidad de algunas otras bebidas porque se habían agotado Un desastre pedí un zumo de tomate y lo devolví porque era un tormento de picante Es verdad que no nos cobraron ni el zumo ni el agua que sustituyó el zumo ni la cerveza de mi pareja. Pero el servicio penoso. Son cinco estrellas de hotel.

ㄧ生至少來住一次，費用也有包含wine tour，我們住的房間是主館，共有兩個館，另一個別館有客房，健身房、游泳池等設施，住在本館面對滿山滿野的葡萄園，心曠神怡。 房型很精緻，設計也很巧妙！ 早餐比較可惜，景色當然無敵，但菜色少了點，不過水波蛋很厲害，加不少分。 整體來說，很推薦，只是真的價格不便宜啊

It has very good location that’s close to most attraction points. Staff were very helpful and supportive. parking should be free for such 5 stars hotel as you will never find a spot outside and all parking areas are expensive.

這個三星米其林餐廳旗下的酒店，就衹能用完美來形容了，美到無語的風景和菜品，還有那一直提供的5J早餐

Super miejsce, szczególnie pokoje w głównym budynku. Boczne mniej ciekawe, trochę klaustrofobiczne.

On m'a demandé une bonne dizaine de fois si j'étais cliente de l'hôtel car c'était pendant le festival du film. J'avais l'impression de les déranger car j'étais là en simple cliente et non comme invitée du festival. Ou ma tête ne devait pas leur revenir... Quand on paie un hôtel 2 fois plus cher qu'en temps normal à cause de ce festival et qu'on a l'impression d'être un intrus constamment epié... on se dit que l'hôtel n'avait qu'à fermer ses portes aux ”simples” clients pour l'occasion.

10/10 hotel that really lives up to the Nobu name. Rooms were spotless, well-equipped, and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. All of the staff we met with incredibly warm and went out of their way to help us every time. Would highly recommend!
