Hotell med 5-stjärniga i Lazio, Italien

Absolutely cannot fault this hotel at all! We spent 4 nights in Rome and it was absolutely perfect. The staff are all so friendly and the rooms are stunning. Our room was spotless and they always added nice little touches. The spa was a huge bonus after walking all day. The hotel is perfectly situated to get to all the landmarks and really close to the metro station. Furthermore, it was my girlfriend’s birthday (which I didn’t tell them about) and we came back to a gorgeous cake and champagne waiting in the room. They also left roses for Valentine’s Day. I honestly cannot thank all the staff enough for everything! This is the best hotel in Rome and we will definitely be back. Thank you aleph for such a memorable trip!

Since, it’s a 5 star premium hotel I would be brutal to rate it’s facilities. The amenities weren’t great, room was decent size but room doesn’t have decent setup, sofas, chairs, TV to bed distance all messed up. Everyday house keeping was horrible, they didn’t change the bidet towel, bedsheets without asking, didn’t filled tea-coffee etc. need to do lot of detail improvement because you are 5 star.

索菲特酒店🏨衞生很好，設施也好，環境可以；早餐美味可口，餐廳服務人員態度比較禮貌周到，保持微笑；遺憾的是意大利🇮🇹羅馬Sofitel索菲特酒店🏨人員不知道是怎麼回事了呢？有史以來住過的五星酒店裡麪態度最差的，到門口酒店服務人員從來不會給客人們拉門（據觀察不止我們哈），滿嘴聊天內容各種不禮貌滿嘴臟話🤬，素質令人驚愕不已，態度各種令人無語，不禮貌，不周到，不服務，不知道自己的工作內容和工作態度。難道是意大利🇮🇹的Sofitel索菲特酒店🏨不僱傭合格素質人員？或者公司不負責員工培訓嗎？或者公司工資給的不滿意？或者意大利🇮🇹羅馬工作人員就是這樣的呢？（其他入住的意大利🇮🇹酒店工作人員是表現禮貌的！！！）或者這幾位專門來工作的Sofitel索菲特酒店當上帝的呢？ 僅供大家參考哈。

攜程付過款。到店前台以為我沒付款讓我刷卡，我以為是收按金，就tap然後輸密碼。發現金額太大，提了一嘴，這是按金嗎，我房費付過了哦。前台才發現重複扣了，又給我撤銷扣款。 到這裏還算正常。 然後騷操作來了，半夜2點給我又扣了一次，無卡交易，不過我鎖卡了沒扣成功。 最後酒店解釋是實習生操作失誤。就看你信不信吧。還説下次來給我打折。亞洲遊客能來幾次呢。這操作很難評。 既然知道我付過了，為什麼要記下我卡號。問過銀行，沒可能tap一下就知道所有卡號訊息，衹能是酒店自己看卡片記的。 不想掏卡想用現金的，也別想了，我去交40歐城市税的時候，前台説了cashless。

Très bel emplacement, chambre et service impeccable, petit déjeuner excellent

在羅馬洲際度過了特別愉快的三天。每天下午在陽台看着街景喝上大紅袍！特別棒的是一樓晚餐的餐廳經理和來自孟加拉國的服務生，曾經在湖南理工讀的本科，還有前台的在蘇州唸書的小美女。並不僅僅是説他們會説中文而加分，更加多的是他們發自內心的熱情好客，讓人賓至如歸！

The hotel is really disappointing. Location is good and convenient. Walking distance to a few scenery points. However，cannot imagine such a high star hotel has security issue that on the first day we found our suitcase zip moved off and password changed to a different number. The room is not tidy and facility just so so... not worth the cost.

房間很好，我們訂的房間都比較大，而且酒店的環境復古風很濃，很有歐洲文化氣息 房間內沒有電熱水壺，需要自己準備 早餐品種多，中餐是沒有的 酒店的位置優越，650米就有地鐵，靠近美國駐意大利大使館，安全感十足 服務員態度很好

Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options.

Hotel con mucho encanto, muy buena ubicación y con un personal excelente. Habitación muy amplia con vistas al parque, sin ruidos. Desayuno muy bueno también con vistas al parque. Un único detalle que no me gusto es que al pagar las tasas te preguntan si quieres incluir propina. Creo que es una situación incómoda ya que las propinas al personal (que las merecen) deben ser siempre voluntarias
