We are in the PERFECT location; right in the middle of town close to everything; yet uniquely private. We are located 5 miles from the famous historic downtown area and only 3.5 miles from Oaklawn Racetrack. Our home features 4 bedrooms. Located on the bottom floor (walk-in level) is the gameroom area, with pool table, wet bar, 65” flat screen TV, refrigerator, laundry room, and a large bedroom with a 50" flatscreen TV. The bottom level bedroom has a queen bed and 2 XL twin sized beds with large attached bathroom with walk-in shower. This bedroom also has private outside entry with views of Lake Hamilton. Upstairs features the main living area with 65" flatscreen TV, open concept kitchen, gas fireplace, attached outside balcony with great views of lake, dining room that seats 6 with kitchen bar that seats 4, spacious well-stocked kitchen.
