Hotellets reception är mycket bra och välkomnande. Läget är i stadens centrum, bredvid klocktornet, nära tunnelbanestationen och Terrakottakrigarna. Det är bekvämt för resor. Det finns restauranger, mjölkte och snacks i närheten. Det finns en tvättstuga.

The Hotel is located in the heart of the city, and from the moment you step inside, it feels like entering a traditional ancient Chinese palace. The hotel’s fragrance and its elegant decorations create a refined atmosphere where every detail is carefully curated, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness. The rooms are fully equipped with all modern comforts, featuring soft beds and pillows that ensure a restful stay. The terrace offers an amazing view of the Great Wall, making the experience even more memorable, and the complimentary tea is simply delicious. What impressed me the most, however, were the two receptionists at the front desk. They were incredibly skilled, professional, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their attention to every detail truly made a difference and elevated our entire stay. A big thank you again to these two amazing receptionists for everything! Highly, highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Chalet Hotel (Xi’an Bell and Drum Tower) and it was easily the highlight of the trip. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of location, style, and comfort, this is it. First off, the location is unbeatable. You are steps away from the Bell Tower and the Muslim Quarter, which made popping out for late-night snacks or sunrise photos incredibly easy. Even though it's right in the heart of the action, the room was surprisingly quiet and felt like a peaceful escape from the city buzz. The design of the hotel is super chic—very modern with a touch of local character. My room was spotless, the bed was like a cloud, and I loved the high-end amenities they provided. It definitely feels more like a boutique luxury experience than a standard hotel. What really pushed it to a 10/10 for me was the service. The staff went above and beyond to help with local recommendations and transport, making everything feel seamless. Whether you're here for the history or the food, this is the best base you could ask for in Xi'an. I’ll definitely be booking here again.

A really lovely stay. I stayed for three nights and although the english was very limited for a western hotel chain, the staff were always friendly and helped me when I had questions. The room was really spacious and the price amazing for including breakfast. Shower was great. The breakfast is Chinese style just to bear in mind and it’s in a nice location next to the East Gate. If I ever return to Xi’an I would stay here again

Nice Boutique style hotel that gives a bed and breakfast vibe. If you have heavy luggage I recommend taking exit H from line 2 metro for the escalators. Amaps directed me to a blind alley towards the back of the hotel which was gated off. Fortunately a random local aunty kindly walked me around 2 blocks to the actual street of the hotel entrance. Staff was welcoming and helpful with any questions. They will look things up for you if you ask and send it to your WeChat. Housekeeping is done daily. Breakfast was decent and free refreshments/ beverages are provided daily which was nice!

Hotellets läge var utmärkt, i närheten för att gå till stadsportens ingång och till galleriorna. Jag minns första dagen jag kom till hotellet, receptionspersonalen Su Liyan var väldigt trevlig. Under hela min vistelse var hon mycket hjälpsam och erbjöd till och med sin hjälp med min take away-beställning. Hotellrummet städades varje dag, ny handduk, vatten och toalettartiklar byttes ut varje dag. Mina kläder på sängen var till och med vikta när jag kom tillbaka. Wow!

新開張的酒店，客房寬敞整潔，設施齊全，酒店人員的服務非常周到細緻，周圍環境也很優美，入住體驗很棒。下次再來創新港一定再來全季👍

The location is truly exceptional, set בתוך the historic city walls and just a short walk from the iconic Bell Tower. Right outside the hotel, you’ll find plenty of street food stalls, the vibrant Muslim Quarter, and countless restaurants, making it the perfect base to explore the city. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, especially with guests who don’t speak Chinese. A special mention also goes to the breakfast team, who stood out for their attentiveness and friendliness. The breakfast itself was good, with a decent variety to choose from. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished in a modern style. I especially appreciated the Dyson hairdryer — such a nice touch to have even while traveling. And the mattress deserves a special mention: one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, truly outstanding. I would definitely stay here again. My only regret is that I only spent two nights, because everything about this hotel was simply lovely.

Bodde här i tre nätter och är överlag väldigt nöjd, så jag vill lämna en recension även efter att jag lämnat Xi'an. Hygien var bra, och rummet luktade inte illa. Jag nämnde bara i förbigående om de hade en klädrulle, och hotellet ordnade faktiskt en åt mig nästa dag. När jag checkade ut fick jag till och med en souvenir. Mycket bra service! Det finns bara en sak som kan förbättras: eftersom jag stannade tre nätter åt jag frukost där tre gånger, och varje dag var frukosten densamma. Mot slutet visste jag inte vad jag skulle äta. Om man bara stannar en dag spelar det ingen roll. Jag föreslår att frukosten kan vara lite mer varierad, eller att de byter ut några rätter varje dag. Förresten, det viktigaste är att de inte tvingade mig att ge ett bra betyg för att få souveniren, vilket var väldigt uppskattat. Det handlar om ömsesidighet, och om något är bra ska det berömmas! 👍
