Hotell med 4-stjärniga i Lappland, Finland

Hotellets inredning är ganska fin, med målningar och väggmålningar överallt. Skylten för bagageförvaring är lite skrämmande och kräver trappor ner till källaren, men det finns faktiskt en hiss! Hotellet städar dock inte rummet förrän du har stannat i mer än två dagar, så om du vill ha nya handdukar måste du gå till receptionen och be om dem tillbaka, vilket är lite obekvämt! Frukostbuffén är mycket varierad! Det finns en fjärrbusshållplats i närheten, vilket gör det mycket bekvämt att anlända och avgå. Hotellet ligger på sidan av en kulle, och vi kunde se norrskenet från vår rumsterrass den första natten!

Siisti rauhallinen hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja asiantuntevaa. Huone oli erittäin viihtyisä. Siellä oli sekä sauna että takka. Kaikki toimi erittäin hyvin. Aamupala oli super hyvä. Myös erikoisruokavaliot oli huomioitu erittäin hyvin.

Awesome service, the front counter guy is really nice and patient to help us in any quires. The room is clean with nice sea view. Feeling quite well to see the sky stars when lying down on the bed in the night and the morning sky is super beautiful. Plus, the hotel price includes free tickets for experience 365, we enjoyed a lot there. .

Hotellet hade ett bra läge och parkeringen på bakgården var rymlig. Det fanns ingen individuell kylning i rummet, men som tur var var rummet inte för varmt. Personalen var mycket vänlig. Frukosten var medelmåttig. Ett litet minus gällande TV-kanalutbudet, på rummet kunde man bara se kanalerna 1, 2, 3, 4, Ava och Sub.

The service here is quite good, the staff in the recee will give you some useful advice if you ask, room is really awesome, geting a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast is also good. 服务很好，房间有阳台，浴室，桑拿房。风景很好，周边有几个餐厅可以吃饭。早餐也不错

A nice hotel with good breakfast. My family of 4 adults were enjoyed our 2N stayed there. However, there are rooms for improvement on the room door key system and the lift. They are too old and inconvenient to use in today’s environment. Even thot it is functionally working. The door is hard to open and closed with the key, where the cards system will be a better choice. The lift is too small for guest.

Ми мали чудовий відпочинок на 3 ночі в цьому готелі. Бронювали будинок з каміном та сауною, щоб насолодитися тишею. Будиночки не новозбудовані але комфортні та затишні, є все необхідне для декількох днів проживання. Сніданки смачні, свіжі. Персонал привітний, доброзичливий. Якщо б була нагода відвідати Лапландію, не задумуючись забронювала б цей готель. Чудовий готель!

Good service ! Staff are very friendly and helpful. We went on Christmas Eve and most of restaurant are closed, the staff help us to find out the available options.

自助早餐的款式多樣化，有兩個做華夫餅的機，讓住客自己做華夫餅(waffle)吃。前台的服務員態度都非常友善，和樂意解答我們的問題，只有個別人員常叫我們去找酒店的旅行社報他們的旅行團！房間夠寬敞舒適，但室內的暖氣機壞咗，這幾天天氣很冷，接近零度，幸好酒店有移動式的暖風機可以供應給我們，問題就解決了！
