It was the great experience staying in Pestana. The breakfast was great, spacious rooms, coffee and cookies at front desk for my daughter and we used Uber for Disneyworld that seems better option to be flexible. We didn't able to use shuttle buses on our stay as we don't think it is returning back on time. The location is ideal and close to Disney spring and Vineland outlet mall after the Disney fun to have some some shopping and rest. I am so grateful to the Manager Mihaela who made out visit super special by upgrade our room and offered late check out as my daughter wanted to take rest. I would appreciate Precious who being very soft and gentle resolving all our concerns during our stay. We will definitely stay again and will avail the parking option.

We had an amazing stay at Magic Moment Resort and Kids Club! After spending our first night here, the kids didn’t want to leave and asked to stay for a second night. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked during check-out. However, later that day, a room became available, and we were thrilled to be able to extend our stay. Upon check-in, I was asked for a $100 deposit via credit card. However, I hadn’t received the deposit back from the previous night. The incredibly friendly check-in staff immediately checked and ”reused” the deposit from the first night. At checkout, the deposit was refunded promptly, and it appeared in my European account just minutes later. The second stay was just as fantastic as the first. The staff is incredibly kind, and we had a different room this time, which was just as clean and in excellent condition. The breakfast was once again wonderful, with a slightly different selection compared to the previous day. The hotel staff works tirelessly to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. This morning, due to Christmas, we were surprised with a visit from Mickey Mouse, who danced a few Christmas songs with the kids and posed for photos with them. It’s clear that this hotel is all about family, friendship, and a lot of love. Once again, a well-deserved 10+ and a Merry Christmas to all the staff! Wonderful stay! Safe are very welcoming and helpful, the room was clean and tidy. Great location for Walt Disney world.

Fast and quick check in, fully furnished kitchen and clean and spacious apartment. Did not have a chance to explore the facilities within the condo, but a pleasant stay with nothing to nitpick about.

Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort is a convenient and budget-friendly option for those visiting Walt Disney World (WDW) and Disney Springs. The resort offers easy transportation to the parks and shopping areas, making it a great choice for those who prioritize accessibility. However, compared to Disney hotels in Asia, especially Hong Kong Disneyland, this resort lacks some comfort and amenities. The rooms do not provide slippers, complimentary bottled water, or laundry bags, so guests need to buy water or rely on tap water. Additionally, there are no special in-hotel activities like character meet-and-greets, which are more common in Asian Disney hotels. On the plus side, the lobby is well-equipped and welcoming, with friendly staff, a game room, and a food court available all day. While it may not offer the same immersive Disney hotel experience as some other resorts, it is still a practical and enjoyable place to stay for those who want to focus on exploring the parks.

We had a great stay at Dolphin Disney world resort. The adults Had dinner at the Blue Zoo Todd’s English - the lobster bucatini and the salmon with white wine sauce and both were delicious ($140 with tip)! We had pineapple whip cocktail which was strong and well made. The boys ate at The Fountain and had burger and chips ($50) We added a roll away bed for $36 and late check out for the same price. Really nice facilities but we did not have the time to enjoy them all. We had a room on the 8th floor with views of the firework show at Magic Kingdom at 9pm. We got a water taxi to Hollywood studios and also took a nice stroll around the boardwalk which had shops and other things to check out!

Allt är perfekt som läge, personal, rum och bekvämligheter. Jag har dock en sak att konstatera att innan jag checkade ut idag, knackade en personal på vår dörr och försökte komma in men som tur var låste jag 2 lager så på slutet öppnade jag dörren och frågade vad som pågick, den killen var chockad och ber om ursäkt. Föreställ dig därför om jag inte låste 2 lager och kom in medan jag eller min gf var naken? vilken hemsk situation. Inte ens nära att checka ut tid dock! Hur som helst, totalt sett var perfekt eftersom jag menade särskilt vänlig personal!

The check in process was easy and the staff at the front desk was very friendly. Actually, every staff member I encountered was very friendly. The location was super convenient to Disney Springs, and they offered a complimentary shuttle to every Disney park. I did not eat there or use the pool so cannot speak to that.
