It’s a relatively new hotel/casino. The room is clean and new. The bed is pretty comfortable. It’s 10-15 minutes drive to downtown. So it’s quite convenient. Will stay here again

From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and elegant ambiance set the tone for a truly memorable experience. The location of the Galt House is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown Louisville with breathtaking views of the Ohio River. It’s within walking distance to many attractions, making it perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the grand, modern decor that beautifully blends the hotel’s historic charm with contemporary elegance. The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered stunning river views that made waking up each morning a delight. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. 在市中心，最繁華的地方，旁邊就是一條繁華的街道，週末可以看樓天演唱會 衞生：好 早餐很豐富 服務：到酒店和去機場有shuttle bus 推薦入住

沒有拖鞋、牙刷牙膏，這些需要自帶，其他的都有的，服務也很好，房間有叫餐服務，還有咖啡機和熨衣板

從推開酒店大門開始，就被温柔的香氛和暖光氛圍包裹，前台小姐姐笑着遞上歡歡迎餅乾，那句“一路辛苦了”聽得人心裏暖暖的～ 房間比圖片更驚喜！超大落地窗正對[城市/風景]，傍晚靠在懶人沙發上看日落，連呼吸都跟着慢下來～床品軟得像裹着雲朵，平時認床的我居然一覺睡到天亮，連空調風聲都調得恰到好處，細節控狠狠愛了！ 如果硬要説缺點…大概是退房時捨不得走啦！下次來這裏，這兒肯定還是我的首選～✨

Beautiful property, very kind staff! Close to downtown, but I wouldn’t call it walking distance. In-house cafe, restaurant, and self-service shop area. I did think nearly $7 for a small smartwater was a bit much, but that’s just convenience pricing, really. Very nice lounging spots, inside and out. Multiple entrances make it a short distance no matter where you’re at in the parking lot. Sucks they don’t have a pool, but they do have a fitness area so that’s good. Honestly didn’t care for the TV in the room much. Wish there was a better way to get on any streaming service instead of having to figure out Bluetooth (which I couldn’t) or having to bring a Roku stick or something. Overall good stay :)
