Fantastic! From the exceptional customer service at a 2:40AM check in, to the immaculate room and excellent location CitizenM was more than I could have asked for. More than anything, I needed a relaxing, stress free weekend and this hotel delivered in spades. My son said it was very Millennial, but I don’t know what he meant. My room was efficiently designed with all the comforts of home. I truly enjoyed my stay.

一樓大堂在裝修，二樓lobby蠻小的，check in 時的前台小哥皮膚黑黑的那位年輕人態度so so，所以入住的第一感覺一般般沒有五星級的impression！入住後的牙具、拖鞋需要upon request所以有一丟丟落差…好在地理位置優越及房間床品的舒適度才慢慢找回來了舒適感，後期前台那位女生特別給力，交流通暢，且結賬時的另外兩位前台員工的風趣挽回了點評分數…4.5分

Great hotel in Sea Port area of Boston. 12 minutes walk to Downtown. There are many nice restaurants and bars around the area. The hotel is modern, rooms are spacious. Would stay here again!

Good basic stay. Breakfast selection very limited but for $22, you can’t expect more. Housekeeping wasn’t very good. We ran out of soap/shower gel; I approached one housekeeper and they said “go ask the other guy who is responsible for your room”. Thr “other guy” wasn’t on floor at that time.

Right in the heart of the city, classic Bostonian restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff at reception and decent rooms. Nothing impressive but good place if you want to be in the city and still close to the airport (very easy to reach with the blue line). My pics are of nearby areas.

Is an old hotel with full of character. Lift is a mixed of modern and old. It is well situated, across the road is a huge supermarket. Amtrak train station is just 5 mins walk away. Room is a little small and the Aircon cannot be controlled. Shower water pressure is good. Best thing I like is a big kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. Even a 5 star hotel do not have this. Checked in and out is super easy. Overall I like this hotel.

This hotel was very convenient from Logan. The one downside is parking, which, granted, is a nightmare in Boston in general. I jokingly said to my wife that parking would probably be $50 bucks. It was $62 dollars a night. You can park at another garage across the way and cross a couple lanes of highway and save $22, though. Crazy. Otherwise, great hotel.

Location was perfect, quincy food market next door. Plenty of good restaurants around. Walking distance to little Italy and state house to follow freedom trail. In terms of the Hotel, gym is small, only few machines in so you need to time it well to use it if you don't want go share it with others. Room was big, dated. Our room smelt, we could not establish why. Also we could not open our balcony door to get fresh air. We spoke to the reception and they offered to sent someone but nobody showed up. We pulled up with the smell by using AC. However without fresh air we struggled to sleep as was either got to hot or to cold. Bed was big and comfortable. Room was cleaned every day, bed was done, fresh towels and toiletries change every day. Fridge in our room was broken so we could not use it to store cold water. Staff overall was very nice. They have suitcase storage which made things easy. We had our flight in the evening and full day go still enjoy Boston. Check out is at 12 which leaves you with plenty of time in the morning if you wish go have slow morning.

It’s very convenient to airport as we just have a transit flight at Boston and need to take a rest. Recommend you if you have to stay close to airport.
