The attitude of the manager at the front desk was bad compared with all other Hyatt we stayed. The room we booked included the breakfast, but manager denied it even after we showed him the booking records, what is more, he almost got away with double charging the room… fortunately, I was able to check the credit card records before leaving the hotel and caught the charge before leaving…. I felt very sorry for this Hyatt hotel, it is beautiful, full of history, in a right downtown location, but I noticed the occupancy is not a very good, the lobby and hallway are very empty, maybe there’s something to do with this Manager…. with his attitude, I could not be the only customer who left the hotel with such unbelievable impression…..
Easy check in, very friendly, helpful check in staff. Lovely room, large comfy bed, good bathroom, great shower.
Somewhat disappointed by very limited on site Mexican restaurant food & it was quite poor in terms of portion and lacked any real flavour.
We had issue with getting bed made up and asked on 3 different occasions over our 3 night day. Jen on reception promised it would be done for out return to hotel in afternoon but sadly it was not and in spite of her further requests it was never done.
On check out when I told her it still hadn’t been done she agreed this was not good enough as she had been assured by housekeeping it would be done previous day.
Jen said she was sending 30,000 points to my Marriott account to compensate for our disappointment and they would show up within 48 hrs. That was 28 April , it’s now 14May and still nothing………
I really expected much better from a hotel of this standard. Westin you have let the Marriott group and us down. You really need to deliver on your promises.
So disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Hotel was ok for airport Hotel in that area. Only Shuttlebus was not ok. Afternoon was no driver available and in the morning had no shuttle service before 5:30AM. Had to take two times UBER on my own cost.
More so just disappointed in the room itself, looked o thing like the pictures, my shower was a tub shower with a curtain, which was shown no where, the water pressure was awful as well. Everything else Ioved

Only issue was there is no microwave in your hotel room so when you and your family come back from a nice dinner or just have leftovers in general you have to go to the main lobby where there is only one microwave inside a cabinet for everyone in the hotel to use! Now here’s my real issue….inside that cabinet…not microwave just to be clear…. was a dead roach….we immediately alerted the staff and they were shocked just as we were! Staff said they would handle it so with good faith the next morning my kids were hungry went back down to that same microwave and the roach was still there‼️‼️‼️

GGästanvändareThe front desk employees were friendly and the room and facilities were clean. The Trip app said the deposit could be paid with either cash or credit card, but upon arrival, they only accepted credit cards, so be aware of this, especially travelers from mainland China who might not have a Visa/MasterCard. If you only have a Chinese UnionPay card, this hotel will not accept that. The swimming pool was small but clean, and the gym was small but clean, also. You can hear the noise from my he freeway nearby from your room, so if you're a really light sleeper, you would need earplugs. The location is good, near a major highway interchange so it's easy to get around Columbus from here. The rooms don't have amenities that are commonplace in Chinese hotels of the same category, like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, slippers, nor bathroom scandals. The bathroom only had bar soap, hair conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, and a hair dryer.

GGästanvändareI was traveling to Cleveland for a conference and preferred an apartment style hotel to stay out to cook meals and generally not stay at the convention center hotel. I highly recommend ROOST Cleveland - the location is incredible and there's a lot of cafes and a grocery store in walking distance. I was also able to quickly take the bus to visit some museums on my last day! The space was so big and luxurious and cozy; having the ability to do laundry and run a dishwasher made being it feel like I was right at home.
GGästanvändareEveryone we interacted with was fantastic- bar staff, valets, front desk. Best place to stay if you are visiting the convention center- the skybridge is not temperature regulated but still super convenient for traffic related reasons. The food was great and took virtually no time at all to prepare if you called down and ordered. I don't believe there was room service. There was water in the lobby and microwaves on the first floor around the corner from the elevator but not within the room.
