I do not know I have to pay $25.00 for parking, when I book you should let the customers know they charged parking, parking in the parking lot not in garage and still charged for $ 25 I fell like not to fair to customer.

The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options, with a convenient location and front desk staff who are both professional and friendly.
The surrounding area feels very safe and pleasant, and transportation access is excellent.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay — highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers.

I had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here.
Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus.

The hotel is good for us. And safe.
The receptionist was very professional. There was a tall boy with a full beard who was very handsome. He added me as a member and upgraded my room type for free. I will definitely come again on my next business trip.
Oh, okay one more.. Nice view from window.

The room was clean, modern, very spacious.
The shampoo, bath gel and cream were excellent quality.
Could access YouTube from the tv.
Negatives
The location felt a little unsafe for a solo traveller. Very quiet with homeless ppl on some nights near the hotel.

Prefect location, easy to fine. Staff was nice and courteous. Room was clean and well taken care of. Also comes with free breakfast, which is a plus! Definitely will stay here again.

GGästanvändareThe best and most lowkey location if you wanna visit 90% of Seattle! Friendly and efficient check-in. Real cool lobby. I wish I had used it a little more. Didn't eat or drink there since I was meeting up friends for dinner around town. Several cafés in the area are worth treating yourself to.
Checkout was the easiest process I've ever had. Rooms look a bit cyberpunk/capsule hotel adjacent, but you sleep well and have pretty much everything you need [unless you need a desk for work or something].
Some things to note:
Lights are a bit tricky to dim since they cycle brightness. It would have been great to leave one light on and dim the rest with the power saving feature [also just to keep up the night curtain and lower the day curtain, so I'm not walking in a pitch black room after dinner].
Why not 5 stars all around?
The shower door didn't/couldn't shut all the way, so I used the towels to mop up the wet bathroom floor. Asked at kiosk for extra towels... they never came. At least the floor dried up before I left. Maybe if I made my request using the iPad, it would have happened. This obstacle made my stay not as good as it could have been, but I made do [there are add'l restrooms on the basement level, fortunately].

GgojensengoBooked a room for my parent and the room was amazing. Susan at the front desk did our check in and she was wonderful, attentively explaining every facilities in the hotel.
Location was perfect. In the middle of the downtown, close to the shopping places, all must go places in Seattle city, and also the subway station which can take you to the Mariners T-Mobile Park or the airport.

GGästanvändareGreat location by the waterfront and close to many restaurants. Walking distance to Pikes Place Place Market which is very cool. Get there early to avoid huge crowds.
The rooms are smaller than you may think. Pictures do not show how small the room really is but it was fine for a couple days when we spent most of the time in the city. Breakfast with unlimited specialty coffee drinks was great.
Would definitely recommend this for short visits or before a cruise.

GGästanvändareLocations was great next to convention center and walkable to waterfront, Pikes Market and Space Needle. It’s on 6th and 3rd is where all the homeless are but we just went around them. It was fine we walked back to our room at 10pm one night and I felt safe doing that. We’ll return.
