Det är fantastiskt, jag har haft det jättekul när jag klev in genom dörren. Sängarna är otroligt bekväma och rena, och badrummet är fantastiskt. Det är högt i tak, rummet är rent och badkaret var härligt. Kundtjänst gjorde också bra och gjorde processen enkel.

在機場附近的鄉村,早餐需要另買,一般般的早餐,但是咖啡不錯,晚上睡覺很安靜。房間有點小,乘飛機可以住一晚。

I am writing this on the third day of our week long trip to Holland on which me and my girlfriend are visiting some friends in Amsterdam. We got picked up from the airport by the shuttle service which came on time and the driver was nice enough to load our luggage in the back of the van. The lady from the front office was very polite and even gave us some tips on how to get to the nearest train station. Because we arrived just before dinnertime she asked if we’d like a table in the hotel’s restaurant. We were not in the mood to leave the hotel after the trip so we went to eat there. While there, we started with some bread with dips while we were choosing our courses, which came very quick and was super fresh and delicious. I had the carpaccio for starter and the cod filet as my main. My girlfriend had the fish platter for starter and the entrecote with a roquefort sauce as main. Both main corses came with amazing fries. The cold beers were a nice reward after a long day of traveling haha. Overall food and service was wonderful. We are staying in a 2 person bedroom with a queensize bed. The room is very clean and we have enough room for our luggage. No complaints on noise on anything whatsoever. Been having a good night sleep for the last 2 nights. Really glad we chose this hotel for our trip. Zero downsides until now. Would recommend for all other visitors of Amsterdam. Excellent friendly service. Staff go out of their way to help and make sure you are well cared for. Close to the airport. Nice size very clean room and bathroom. Great breakfast. The bed was a little soft for me but still had a good sleep. On site restaurant and easy parking. Will stay here again.

My wife and I were allocated this hotel because our flight had been cancelled. It’s quite a distance from the airport and 30 minutes from the city. There are no public transport options available. The shuttle bus will take you to a rail station for €23. Expensive. The shuttle also wasn’t where we were advised at the airport. On phoning the hotel to query this, I was spoken to in a rude and abrupt manner. They didn’t answer when I phoned again. So, taxi to the hotel it was. We had a voucher from KLM for dinner, which we couldn’t get until 2030 (3 hours away) and it was from a limited menu. The elevator was out of order so up the stairs we went. They were steep and narrow. Thankfully, we didn’t have any large cases. We got to our room which had “suite” on the door. It was very cold and the only heating was the air conditioning, which didn’t want to work. Drinking water was charged at over €3 - it was clearly tap water. The wifi didn’t extend to our room, either. We just booked another place and left. I have been visiting the Netherlands for 20 years in a business and leisure capacity and I’ve not been spoken to in the manner I was here. Avoid.

A very nice hotel with a small town vibe. We enjoyed our little balcony. The rooms were clean and roomy. The bathrooms was spacious enough. It is nice to get away from the large hotel chains. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was good.

This hotel is so close to the airport !! It’s a plus if you just want to be close to the airport but not if you intend to go to Amsterdam . Cosy hotel feels like home . The rooms are decent but super dusty could be better in keeping it clean . The walls are thin too but surprisingly you can’t hear the planes after 10pm which was awesome . Theres a club next door but we were not effected because we were there on a weekday . The surprise was quality of food at the restaurant. The food was good & the service was nice .

Lovely hotel, nice room. Staff very friendly. I recommend to have the breakfast there. Very comfy bed, air dryer, shampoo and conditioner available. On the other hand, the service of the shuttle bus requires a phone call to book it after you pick up the bags at the moment of arrival. So, if you don’t have a possibility to do that, it’s a big problem. Would be better to do it over a WhatsApp message since there is free wifi at the airport. Keep in mind that it is far from the downtown in Amsterdam and if you need to go there, a shuttle bus from the hotel will take to the airport so you can take the train to the downtown. Also, each trip from the hotel to the airport with the shuttle bus cost 23 euros/room . During our stay, the shuttle bus once came 25 minutes late. The rest of the times they were very punctual.

Only 2 very large pillows provided. No fresh milk or free drinking water provided. Poor instructions on how to reach the reception. Made an appointment for shuttle at 7:30 and confirmed. Stated that 8am would be too late. Phoned me later to say that 7:30 cancelled and would only be able to leave at 8am. Had to take Uber. Far from airport(11km so Uber expensive). Did not record payment of city tax made the night before and requested payment again. Had to insist I had paid and then they double checked and found that we had indeed paid. Overall, poor value for money and wouldn’t stay here again. I don’t think it is a accurate reflection of Dutch hospitality.

Hotel and room ok After booking the arrangement parks sleep fly we found our car with an open window after a day of rain and a metal price on our tyre. The boss reacted very harsh and unprofessionally at first - then he recommended a nearby garage which took the water away as good as possible and looke d after the tire. In the first mail he then apologized but After asking for compensation at least for parking he only said he would take the bill ( some doubts if you read other German reviews) and then ignored our mails . The car is not ours which did not interest him either. For management very poor and strnage reaction. Never again! Hands away from unprofessional business practice and rude reactions

Contrarely of what people write, the Hotel was not clean at all. It is an old Hotel already and you can see it immwdiately.Even though the staff is friendly, but the organisation is a disaster. Waiting over 1 hour and a half at the airport for a shuttlebis is inacceptable. The Hotel is loke 10 minutes away. So the service is very poor. When they try to provide service they should be able to assure it.

24/7 shuttle service every 30 minutes you can book a shuttle. Very cozy rooms and an amazing restaurant. If you have time to visit the restaurant you have to go it’s the best one in town. Fabulous carpaccio and absolutely one the best steaks I had in a long time. Definitely recommend you to go. Also the breakfast buffet is a recommendation for €19 everything was fresh and well presented. Big win for the city to have a hotel and restaurant like this We coming back in June
