Palm Court Hotel

What a great hotel. Nice proximity to the city, about 8 mins out but in a great safe area. The staff are very hospitable and caring. Excellent bar area and the restaurant food is amazing. Great staff, comfy beds, cool boutique style hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

Positives: bed was comfy, food was tasty. Negatives: Lots of noise from the road - windows not keeping any noise out. Dirty carpets, toilet brush, no hand towels or Bath Matt. Restaurant was filthy when we went for breakfast, 5/13 tables had others mess left on them and were not cleaned in the 30 mins we were in there - when we left there were 7/13 dirty tables and nobody seeing to them. The place needs some TLC.

I recently stayed at the Palm Court Hotel where I was very impressed. The staff were so lovely and Jena was particularly helpful and went over and above in her customer service. She couldn’t do enough for us. My daughter had had an operation and she was extremely empathetic. Highly recommend and will be coming back here in future visits. Food was incredible too and excellent value for money.

I mean, this is seriously, seriously, impressive customer service. I already greatly enjoyed staying at this hotel for how comfortable the rooms are and the location. So, I decided to rebook here after my operation in Aberdeen yesterday so I could rest up, and oh my goodness have they gone above and beyond for us. Jena ensured I would not need to exert myself in ANY way possible, and provided us with an incredible meal service as well. I actually can’t thank you enough for your kindness Jena, you have left a strong impression on myself and my mum and Palm Court will now be our go-to stay for our quite-often Aberdeen trips. Would highly recommend booking here if you are in need of a really comfortable, welcoming, and easy stay. Ps. The chef is a genius, best food I have had in Aberdeen city actually. (Get the waldorf salad and dan dan noodles ;))

This is a simply stunning hotel. Our room was small but incredibly cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was fabulous. Our room was on the very top floor, and I do not travel light, so I am grateful for the help with the suitcase. The staff were incredibly kind as well, even making us take away coffees for our morning drive to Inverness. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for one night and eat at the restaurant. The place was lovely and the food was great. Ella was excellent. She educated us of the Scotish terminology. Parking was right next to the hotel so easy. The staff was very, very friendly. We'll stay again if in this area.

I had my wedding here on Friday everything was perfect couldn't fault this hotel one bit even when planning Sharlene helped us plan everything and it was absolutely stunning just what we had asked for. Staff went above and beyond to make everything beautiful even on the Thursday I stayed here overnight with the girls and Jenna helped us out so much couldn't of thanked Jenna enough overall staff were friendly so welcoming food was great everything went perfectly even the beds were so comfy room was spotless!

Stayed here last week and overall excellent experience. Both the quality of food and the staff who were first class and ensured a really nice and personal feel about the hotel. I Look forward to visiting again in the near future and thank you again With Best

Joseph and Melissa were very lovely servers! The food was great as well and there is a lovely atmosphere. I came here with my family as they had come up from England and we had a nice meal together. Very great service and food, it is an overall lovely place to come
