Golden Al Areen abha hotel

This hotel room is fine for short, rough stays but not much else. The beds are hard and narrow. There isn't much furniture to speak of. Electricity and power works fine, which is a helpful blessing. The rooms, while technically clean, have seen a lot of wear and tear. There is plenty of space but no places to sit or relax, except for the beds. The power outlets aren't placed in the most convenient positions, but they're useable. The biggest issue is the shower and sink water. It has a distinct smell, roughly akin to what Ramen broth smells like. The staff is fairly friendly but there's not a lot they can do in regards to accommodations. There are some parking spaces out front which makes access a bit easier, but there are no stores or shops in walking distance. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again, but for a super-budget visit to the region, this hotel meets the bare minimum standards for habitable.
