Room is decent but there's a door in an odd place , between the entrance /closet/toilet area and the where the bed is....door is ajar and doesn't closed properly..knock onto the side of the door last nite whilst going to the toilet. The toilet was cleaned completely...and the coffee cups are stained

My stay at Novotel Plateau Abidjan started off on a high note right from my first phone call with Hiny. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Johaquim. Special mention to Herman and Oum Kalthom at the reception for their exceptional service. The F&B team, including Pauline, Cédric, and Aimé, were incredibly kind and made my experience even more enjoyable, making up for any minor service imperfections. I highly recommend this hotel for business trips. Kudos to the Manager, Mrs Simbou, who is always available and ensures everything runs smoothly.

My stay was very, very good. A dedicated and professional staff took care of me, the bed and food were excellent. I strongly recommend this hôtel to my colleagues visiting Abidjan or coming for meetings. I encourage the hotel leadership to continue in the same vein.

Good hotel. Good food. Especially full of vegetarian and vegan foods. Some not so good points. I asked for a sewing kit. Awaiting since 2 days. Some food on the terrace had sooo many flies on it. Asked for a room with safe. No safe available. A bit disappointing.

The bathrooms are nice. Nice service too. Kudos to Mr. Attah at the front desk. Would love to visit once again. I also like Abidjan as a city. It feels like home. I think I need to learn more French to enable me communicate better with the locals. Fun experience overall.

Clean room. 90 minutes if you order dinner from a la carte. Overpriced buffet is only option for all meals.. Dead zone around the hotel. Security does not check bags on entry. Many commercial sex workers with hotel clients. Untrained staff with no motivation.

I stayed in Novotel from my friends advice. I really appreciated my stay there . It's one of my best moment staying in a hotel. It's a amazing place to spend time with his friends and family. Especially the cheerful welcome from the reception team . Thanks for everything.

The African Cup was on so everywhere was booked found a room at the Novotel it was very very dated and expensive but everywhere was. The pool was heavily stained and the decking around was extremely dangerous with holes and metal trim hanging off. The staff were untrained and 9 out of 10 orders for drinks or food was wrong. Spoke to the manager who gave the impression he was aware but did nothing about it. The heat lamps over the buffet food need a really good clean. The hotel its self was clean. I wouldn’t stay here again though.

Utterly disgust8ng room. No tv in room. Wifi was slow. Carpets dirty. The rooms smelled as if the carpet had been wet a long time ago, a very mouldy and musky smell. Shower small, hot water was room temperature most days. Towels dirty. Air conditioning didn't work. Mosquito's and cockroaches in the room. The only good thing I can say was the gym was decent, the mattress was comfortable and the breakfast was reasonable. The lobby makes this hotel seem nice but the rooms themselves are disgusting. Not recommended at all.

A rip off with terrible service, poorly trained and motivated staff, and dirty carpets. This is a cheap and tacky hotel that was a terrible standard for the USD 270! No justification for the terrible service and lacking professionalism. The supposed price match was definitely not respected and they charged me USD 30 more than the booking per night on the basis that the exchange rate had changed since last night. Never ever again.

The hotel is old and tired it needs at least a complete renovation better still knocking down and rebuilding. The service is atrocious, they vary from absent to ambivalent, either way appallingly slow
