Kora Nivaria Beach

Great place! Absolutely loved it! I loved the energy of the place, for some reason we slept better there than any other hotel or acommodation ever! Bed was very comfortable and we usually have a hard time sleeping any other place than home! Views are worth eveeything! Worth also wake up to wach the sunrise! I was thrilled with everything. Thw tiny inconveniences in the room paled with the views and the comfy bed!

Our family spent a week at Kora Nivaria Beach recently and had a lovely relaxing holiday. The sea view apartment we had overlooked the infinity pool which was ideal for lazy days around the pool. Our apartment was well equipped with light & modern decor which worked for al fresco dining on our ground floor balcony. The location in Abades is quiet but with the amenities you need - supermarket for self catering and a small selection of bars & restaurants all within walking distance. You are also within 5 minutes walk of the beach which is perfect for snorkeling and not overcrowded. If you want a resort holiday Nivaria Beach won't be for you but with Los Cristiano's & Costa Adeje 30 minutes away by car it was perfect for us as we could visit Siam Park & other tourist hotspots but retire to this peaceful hidden gem in Abades!

Stayed at Kora Nivaria for a week beginning of May and had a wonderful stay, cannot recommend the place enough. Only a 15/20 minute drive from the airport it is super easy to find but quiet and peaceful away from the louder tourist spots in the south. Apartment was beautiful and spacious, very clean and finished to a high standard. Comfortable beds, great walk in shower with decent shower pressure! And an amazing huge balcony with seating area for eating as well as a couple of private sun loungers. The infinity pool was undergoing maintenance during our stay but the other pool was just as lovely, always plenty of sun loungers if we went to spend time there and jacuzzi was fantastic. The staff we encountered were friendly and overall it was a great place to stay with gated entrances which made you feel secure and plenty of parking on the roads around although you can pay extra to park in the underground car park should you wish. A short walk away there is a small supermarket with all the essentials, a few restaurants and a small beach. We ate at a couple of the local restaurants and had incredible meals, one was pizzeria amichi which as you can guess serves mainly pizza but they are incredible! There is also a selection of pasta and other dishes. The other was D’Tapas por Abades which doesn’t have a huge menu but we had the tuna and it just melted in the mouth, lovely local people at both restaurants. If I returned to Tenerife I would definitely opt to stay here again.

Basic amenities & accommodating set in a very windy location. The surrounding area is vastly untouched but construction is underway. There is 2 small local shops a few bars which are a bit on the pricey side. The staff at the hotel run a little hot/cold with you and is lacking in a friendly atmosphere spread across the complex. Some won’t even acknowledge your existence. Not sure if they are fed up with tourists but that’s the impression we get but that might be a personal family impression. There has also been a few times where they appear blunt verging on rude. The room requires a deep clean on arrival there were stains on the toilet basin and bits of hair on the floor that were picked up under your feet as you walk around there is cleaning equipment provided if you want to spend your time cleaning a room from the start. Pool wise lovely there is a pleasant pool attendant who is the only member of staff who is warm and attentive. As far as self catering goes as long as you have a car the base is adequate just not luxurious. You are about a 25 min drive from hustle and bustle. We went out every day.

especially Paulas service was really great, she’s really kind and cat friendly! The sandwiches were really delicious and the place to sit is also very idyllic ✨ Very beautiful appartments, also loved the two pools. We enjoy our stay alot!

kora invariably beach it was an amazing 10 nights, lovely clean, modern and spacious rooms. really relaxing and chilled place plenty of sun lounger not having to fight for them like most places pool areas are great one has a jacuzzi which my partner loved highly recommended will definitely be back

Absolutely wonderful place to relax and chill which is what we wanted but you would need a car if you wanted to explore the island more. We had a week of doing nothing but to admire the view from our villa patio! Stunning! So close to the airport too great for a quick break. Friendly, helpful staff, beautiful pools. My only criticism is lack of air con which made it very difficult to sleep in hot rooms, need additional pillows or change them. Village is very small with a few restaurants but great supermarket, but we knew to expect that. I would definitely return with the addition of air con, probably every year!

This is my first holiday where I feel as everything is on place , apartment high level of class , amazing staff very helpful and always with smile, really amazing, I can and I will recommend your place to everyone , time what we spent there was it was indescribable, it's so nice to write such a review, thank you guys to make our time “very special and memorable”

The cushions, not really very good, btw:))). But it didn't spoil the holiday. I am very impressed with the concept of the holiday. Thank you for creating such a place. Comfortable that there is a child's bedroom and a kitchen. Perfect cleanliness in the apartments. It feels like no one has lived there before you. A year ago I missed the cleaning in the apartments during my stay, but this year girls came to clean often enough that I didn't feel uncomfortable. It's nice to come back to a place that only gets better. The people who work for you are wonderful, friendly, incredible. Always trying to help with the smile. I wish you grateful customers and i hope in future you will open a nice restaurant on your territory where people will travel from all over the island. Sure, it will be the same amazing as your apartments.
