Park Inn Abu Dhabi, Yas Island recensioner

It was good location, near to many places such as Ferrari World, Warner Brothers, Water Park and etc. at YAS island.

Place is good generally. However a few issues stands out. At reception check-in, they will ask you to email them your booking details or take a photo of your app booking. Please remember to hide certain private details ie. Trip.com pin number as that is only for our personal use. We waited about 1hr for checking almost 3pm the usual check-in time although many people were checking out earlier. When we entered room, bedsheets were all wet. It didn't dry properly, both beds were wet. They helped us changed. Then the lights short-circuited, they need to reset. Then the toilet choked. The flushing mechanism can be improved, it gets stuck when you press the button and flushing is not smooth. breakfast was decent, limited options for mains. Overall, it was passable. But for Yas island hotel and brand name of park inn, we expected a lot better. Similar to a budget hotel vibe

Great location if you’re planning on going around Yas Island.

I booked the hotel one hour before arrival , I arrived but the did t find my booking and I had to wait and wait.. finally after 75 minutes I checked in , the room is nice and the view amazing , but quality of bed and sheets are average , shower darin   Was blocked , but it’s only one night . So what :) Personal very nice and friendly , can’t complain about them

The location and the place is great. The ladies and gentlemen at the desk are very hospitable and accomodating. Thank you to Rizalyn who is always going the extra mile to ensure we have a comfortable stay .

Extremely horrible service. Couple of basic things which the hotel are not able to provide which includes water. They were adamant that they wouldn’t serve more than 2 bottles(1l total) in a room which has 3 adults and literally had to fight for it. Rooms had faulty flushes and dirty mirrors. Asking 20 aed for getting plates into the room. Such a horrible service not even close to the money worth we ended up paying. Felt as if i was getting profiled . Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Location was near to concert venue! We just walked to prevent the traffic. reasonable place to stay in yas island. Breakfast was so-so.

The location of the hotel is excellent, near Yas Mall and Ferrari World

Everything’s was perfect, only late check in waiting until 17:00 pm to give me my room, while I’m 13:00 on hotel lobby.

Always good to catch up with the staffs as they are super friendly and helpful. But I found every time I came back these days certain things were not working. They used to provide chromecast but it was all gone. Also hot water is were not working in the room this time and I could not even take a shower. But still my first choice for the hotels because of the hospitality I have been receiving.

Like the location.
