First of all, I would like to say the service from club lounge was very nice. All the staff there are friendly and helpful.
However, the service from the reception on the lobby floor was awful and could be considered as a total mess. They didn’t let me checkin at the club lounge and asked me to wait for 5 min to start the checkin procedure on the lobby floor.
And the worst part is they arranged me on the smoking floor l, however, I booked the non smoking floor. Until I noticed and asked them to change the room for me, I waited for 2 hours totally! And that’s even after I urged them twice.
And after I checked out at club lounge, the receptionist from the lobby floor still tried to call me. For what? checkout?!
All in all, everyone from the hotel was slow, even the laundry guy. I waited for the laundry guy to pick my clothes up for 40 minutes! And waited for the laundry guy to return my clothes for another 30 min!!!

The room was good. But the temperature knob of the tap for the shower was not well repaired, it almost hit my foot. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety, but there was no Thai style that much, and it was almost the same for 6 nights that I have stayed.
During the busy breakfast time (~9 to 10 am), the breakfast room was chaotic. There was someone who just took my table, and the coffee that I ordered never arrived.

Good hotel, and great breakfast selection. Got our room quickly, however if you need a connection between two rooms you should arrive early.

The breakfast was nice
The in room amenity limited.
I lost power in my room during the stay so I had the technical support to reset the electricity for my room.
All staff friendly and nice
Location wise not prime.

Nice hotel lobby, love the design of the transparent lift. Tried their breakfast and dinner buffet. It was wonderful. Well equipped gym and great pool to chill. Recommend!

The location of the hotel is close to the East mangrove and also close to the city. Less than 10 mins if you get taxi or driving yourself.
They gave us welcome dessert for EID and hygiene kit which was really considerate.
Staffs were very friendly and helpful.
Thai restaurant of the hotel was one of the best I had tried in UAE.

Not a Thai Hospitality the hotel promises. Absolute rude behavior from check-in officer and duty manager on check-out date. The booking has 3 breakfasts included but the attendant initially claimed that breakfasts were not included and took 1h+ to check the bf and fixed the issue. After check out, since we had an evening flight we unwind at lobby seating area (with reception notified and cleared) but duty manager at ground floor (a european woman) came to check on us and explicitly told that this is unacceptable. Tried to contact hotel staff to write a complain but no one reacted or assisted on getting a duty manager details. An absolute disgrace service thats makes our Abu Dhabi trip much less enjoyable.
