"I had an excellent experience at New Abu Simbel Hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, especially a guy named Sasa—what a nice guy! When I experienced an insect bite that caused some discomfort, they promptly assessed my condition and brought me medication. To my surprise, they even provided a topical cream without charging me, which was very reassuring. Moreover, I appreciated their honesty in listing all prices on the bill; I never felt taken advantage of. This level of trustworthiness is commendable. If you’re planning to visit Abu Simbel, I highly recommend staying at New Abu Simbel Hotel. You won’t be disappointed!"

"The hotel is brandy new and very beautifully located by the lake Nassr. It’s close to Abu Simbel temples. We like the staffs who are very friendly and helpful making our stay very enjoyable. "Hotel was quite clean and the reception was nice. Comparing to the European,American Luxury Hotels, cleanness and quality is inferior. And also dinner, transfer service cost is too expensive comparing to the quality."

"Absolutely fantastic. Mohammad the Manager of the hotel went above and beyond helping us on our solo trip to ensure everything was perfect. We arrived to Abu Simbel from Aswan by car, which we arranged through the hotel with Mohammad’s assistance. The driver was absolutely fantastic, and the car brand new. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel to Abu Simbel or needing a ride from / to Aswan & Luxor. "在阿布辛貝鎮子上，開車很方便抵達，門口可以停車，店主説有兩個攝像頭能監控，但是第二天我們離開的時候，發現車子裏的汽油被幾乎抽空……這是本次埃及自由行唯一的一次被盜事故……酒店有點老舊，工作人員服務態度很好，英文不是很好，可以使用翻譯app用阿拉伯語溝通。房間較小，但是比較乾淨，早餐比較簡單。除了汽油被盜事件，總體居住體驗還是比較好的，如果在阿布辛貝過夜可以考慮，不知道是不是因為太陽節的關係，價格就比較離譜了接近500人民幣……"
