Hotel Stil Los Gigantes - Adults Only

This is our 3rd year in 5 at this hotel. TUI state rooms have been revamped, they haven't, even after upgrading. Rooms are tired and are exactly the same as 2019 (our 1st trip here). Our patio door doesn't close properly so no air con. Have complained twice to be informed it is fixed, not fixed btw, in the end my husband came up with a way to sort not the hotel. Chips in flooring and furniture. Fridge not cold. Bar staff are shocking, do not know who has come 1st and sometimes leave you waiting for 10 - 20 mins without a drink. We have left the pool bar on several occasions without being served. 2nd pool area is a conplete disaster! In our 2 weeks here, we have witnessed a man out of his depth and had to be thrown a life ring and a lady tripping up and nearly breaking her nose! There are decking boards lifting, decking on side of the pool, whilst you are in it, coming away as you touch them, it is a nightmare waiting to happen especially as this hotel is mainly over 60's. On the only good note, the restaurant staff are amazing and the food is great. I can only presume that this is the reason people come back year after year. The chefs are lovely and chatty and the waiters and waitresses are fabulous. Big shout out to them all. We will not be returning again, just not a 4 star hotel all over.

Loved this hotel can’t find anything to complain about food very good so many choices you get cava every morning for breakfast and a different apparateve going into evening meal. Staff can’t do enough for you tables cleared immediately. Shower best I have had and tv7 English channels. Room cleaners lovely. Pool very clean. I am here for another week and don’t want to leave

Really good hotel. Very good value for money. Spacious room, possibility needed to be painted and a bit of general maintenance. The food is excellent. Lots of variety and very good quality. The setting is also beautiful. The staff are all great and work so hard. We preferred the quiet pool, the larger one was hectic. From what we could see every single sun lounger was used every day and there was an extra charge for us one day to use a slightly nicer one (not the balinese) because all beds were being used. They could have a few more of the free one around the pool.

Recently stayed at this hotel in the middle of August. From the moment we got there the hotel is impressive. We had a lovely welcome glass of pink champagne whilst being checked in. Our room was very clean and fresh with amazing sea views. Each meal time There was plenty of variety of hot and cold choice of food. The speciality kitchen always had a delicious selection to choose from. Special mentions to Sandra on reception and Montserrat in the dining hall. Both these ladies were so helpful and friendly everytime we had a question. Can’t wait to come back again.

Loved this adults only hotel. Yes the bedrooms were a little dated but they were spacious and comfy. We were on the 8th floor and had a fabulous view of the harbour and village view. Food in the hotel buffet for breakfast and dinner was good with plenty of choice and chefs cooking in the middle section. Lunch was at the pool bar with great choices. We loved the main pool area and there was no problem with getting a sun lounger. We didn’t go to the quiet pool as we loved the main one so much. You can hire a Balinese sunbed through the Tui Blu app or email the hotel - they were great! We would definitely return

This is a lovely hotel. The staff are so welcoming and helpful - everybody from the reception team to the restaurant/bar staff and entertainment team go above and beyond for their guests. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt really looked after. The room was nice - spacious and clean, and I would recommend upgrading to a sea view room if you can for the lovely views. The beds are quite hard though and we had a rough sleep on the first night, but after asking at reception for mattress toppers, they were provided within the hour. Amazing service! The food is some of the best I've had at a hotel, with the nightly chef's dishes cooked fresh in front of you and plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Beware: the cocktails at the pool bar are very strong so you definitely won't need more than one mojito! The pool area does get slippery and I would advise walking slowly and wearing flip flops around the pool stairs - we saw 3 people in 3 days slip in the same spot, but after we raised this with the TUI Rep, the lifeguards did their best to keep on top of mopping the water and it got better throughout the week. We were a bit wary of the sunbed situation after reading a few reviews but it's definitely been overexaggerated - a few people queued up every morning to put their towels down at 8am for the 'prime' sunbeds along the front of the terrace by the sea, but I've attached a photo that I took from our balcony at 9am one morning - as you can see, there are plenty of sunbeds available. Don't believe the drama on here! The entertainment is a mixed bag - the daily activities are great fun (with the water aerobics being a highlight!) but the evening entertainment was a bit weaker and some of the acts were better than others. However, I'd definitely recommend the silent disco which is held twice a week; it was such a laugh and turned into our favourite evening of the whole holiday! Overall, we had such a great holiday and we didn't want to leave! We'll definitely be back!

We have been going to this hotel for years and it has never disappointed us. The restaurant is amazing with a huge selection of food on the buffet as well as the chef’s additional selection cooked to your requirements. The facilities are excellent with the bars by the pool along with the spa and games. All the staff are amazing in all the posts. This hotel is to be highly recommended.

Just arrived home from a weeks holiday in this beautiful hotel. The accommodation is certainly 4 star, clean and comfortable. Buffet style breakfast and evening meal excellent, lots of different choices and different dishes every night. Even the food during the day at the pool bar was amazing and lots of variety. The entertainment was hit and miss some nights were really good others were disappointing. The silent disco got most people involved so was really good. My only grime was the issue of a elderly couple who apparently go to this hotel year in year out. They think they own the hotel and have had many confrontation with other guest during the week. He has to be first in the queue every morning at 7.15 for the beds and even starts a towel queue (it's crazy) he uses the same beds day in day out and daily has arguments with different people. I think the management needs to take control and not the other way round. Shame because it's a beautiful hotel and guest were complaining and arguing with him and his wife on a daily basis around the pool. The staff around the pool are obviously scared if him.

We stayed for a week here and have to say its the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Couldn't fault a thing, room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and the water and cava in the fridge was a lovely welcome. We arrived late due to delayed flight but the hotel laid on food for us which was very welcome. The food is the best we've tasted in a hotel, with lots of variety. The activities laid on during the day were excellent, we took the yoga and pilates classes each day. There are plenty of free activities laid on by the hotel and the wine tasting was excellent. Situated in a perfect place for bars etc we will definitely go back, but this time for longer as 7 days is not enough . The staff here go the extra mile to make your holiday perfect and they are all a credit to the hotel.
