PROS excellent service, friendly staff, very clean, great drinks, fun activities (tequila volleyball is a must), private beach area, great water pressure in the showers, every room has an amazing view, food was good (omelettes in the morning are the best), la cava restaurant is a great experience (be sure to make reservations for it, it is included in all inclusive packages) CONS basic rooms, hard beds, if you are a spring breaker there are more families here than college students (a plus or a minus depending on what you are looking for during the day), it is on the end of the hotel ***** so not everything is within walking distance (taxis are really inexpensive though, less than $5), no clocks in the rooms Acapulco is to Mexico what Florida is to the US, so if you are American you will be in the minority at the hotel but everyone was very friendly so it did not affect my experience at all If you are a spring breaker looking for craziness all day stay at the Playa Suites, but if you want a relaxing experience during the day stay here It is within walking distance to the Playa Suites, Disco Beach (you have to go there!!) and Ibiza plus McDonalds, KFC and other restaurants/stores Spring Breakers - be sure to hit up the Student City parties and purchase their party pass!! Disco Beach New Year's Party and Los Alebrijes Maxim VIP Party were some of the best nights of my life I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value for all inclusive packages.

If you want to get away for a relaxing vacation, this is not the place to go!! It's crazy busy!! The traffic is insane!!! You are right in the city , there are so many cabs and everyone of them honk at you even the bus honks at you to see if you want a ride and getting across the street is a challenge, you have to run whenever you get a chance. We had a very tiny room with no balcony, it really ******!!! We asked to change it, so they gave us a room with 2 double beds and a balcony with no problems, the beds are hard as a rock so don't expect comfort! Everything is in spanish hardly any english tv stations....Everyone is harassing you to buy things, especially on the beach and when we didn't buy something from one guy he got mad at us and said "See how you are" I couldn't believe it....... We bought tickets for a "tour bus" to see the city, we were waiting for a bus to arrive and two guys arrived in a van!! I honestly thought that was a joke!! Waste of money..... We went on a boat ride, the view was nice and the weather was awesome, the beach was beautiful the food was bland, whatever we ate we felt like something was missing....but i guess mexico is not known for the food.....also the drinks were horrible!!! you would think they'd have good coffee but it was nasty and the alcohol....even worse!!! Honestly if i could do it again i wouldn't go to mexico, i would go to dominican or aruba....... i've been to many hotels and this was just different and run down, if your planning on going, don't go there with high hopes..... We felt really out of place and outside the hotel no one spoke english..... it was awkward.... it would be wise to learn a few words or sentences.

This hotel is located directly on the beach an it has two buildings, the main one which was build over 50 years ago and the second one, build over 30 years ago. We received a room in the second one, big and clean, but a little bit shabby, located at the 11th floor. It had a nice balcony with a beautiful view over the bay. The hotel has a private beach and offers free sunbeds and towels. The beach is always guarded so you can leave your belongings with no fear of stealing. We had all inclusive, the meal was plenty and tasteful. You can have drinks all day inside at the restaurant or outside at the beach. The hotel offers all kind of sport activities and in every evening there is a special artistic program on the beach or near the restaurant. The taxi from/to the airport is 380 pesos.

It is a very relaxing hotel on a beautiful beach. Great pool for families, and nice shows in the evening. The rooms are large and beautiful and have a gorgeous balcony. Great ac in the rooms, and comfy pillows and bed! Really enjoyed my stay with my husband.

ES UN HOTEL INCREÍBLE, LA REMODELACIÓN DESPUES DE OTIS ESTA INCREÍBLE, EL PERSONAL ES MUY AMABLE, LA COMIDA ES MUY RICA, LA ANIMACIÓN Y ACTIVIDADES ESTAN PADRISIMAS Y DIVERTIDOS, NO HAY PORQUE SALIR A OTRO LADO, PORQUE DENTRO DEL HOTEL LO TENEMOS TODO. GERENCIA, VENTAS, MESEROS, COCINEROS, ANIMACIÓN, RECEPCIÓN, TODOS SON MUY LINDOS.

One of not many hotels in Acapulco open now after the hurricane. Shows every night at the pool at 9.30 pm and other activities during the day. They miss menu with the cocktails. Cocktails could be improved aswell as desserts. Staff is very nice.

First time to Acapulco and couldn't have been bettwr. Awesome all-inclusive stay right on the beach. Friendly staff and perfect for a holiday getaway with the family. Tasty food and cold beverages whenever you want. Clean rooms and wonderful hospitality. Will definitely come back!

EXCELENTE SERVICIO. Y MUY BUENA UBICACION . Cien por ciento recomendado, cuenta con todos los servicios incluye desayuno, comida y cena. A si como también incluye un bar libre y cuenta también con diferentes actividades para disfrutar en familia. Lo que más me gustó es de.que enfrente del hotel hay galerías en donde puedes encontrar de todo. Se disfruta la playa y las habitaciones vista al mar.
