I didn’t even know where to begin. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, they have inadequate amenities, the service is poor, the pool and their gym is for locals too, so guests don’t even get to enjoy anything. The bathroom door was broken, the AC was leaking , there’s mosquitoes, the bed had stains. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been too. The location was the only decent thing. Also it’s so noisy at night!

I have only been to the buffet restaurant for dinner which cost Ghc 350 per person. I am not commenting about the hotel because I have not stayed, I am only commenting on the buffet restaurant. The band played non stop making it impossible to have a conversation. The food was plentiful and various but to my standard, tasteless. If you want to eat a lot and you like loud music them it is right for you.

I have spent four nights and not very pleased with food service. Restaurant cashiers very rude. One female especially. Buffet food very good but when you ask for packed food it’s always bad. protein always look and taste funny like left over

Well, at first impression, I am not impressed. The staff could be more receptive and understanding of guests. Particularly after long travels.. The concierge at the door when I arrived was quite unprofessional. The room I got has no windows so it's dark and stuffy. The room is clean, but the walls need work. Overall, I am not impressed. The photos on the website are misleading.

AH in this hotel's name should be African Hospitality and fully spelt out. The Proof of Performance of the African warmness started with a call from Elizabeth, followed up by reminders of times for pick-up (and Michael was standing there upfront as I stepped out of the Arrivals and Rashid (Rasheed) took me to my room, after check-in formalities, welcoming me to Ghana. Restaurant staff treated one like family. Everything worked.
