Villa Monticello Boutique Hotel

The banquet attandance and Service was great I work with Redington Ghana Office and an agent recommended me to Villa Monticello. The food was good and I would like to try the desserts sometime. Ebenezer was super! His communication and the facilitation was top notch. He is one to look for when at Villa Monticello.

Was a very pleasant stay. From the reception to the bar/restaurant and through all service, the staff was extremely pleasant and attentive and eager to help address any request urgently. Was there for 2 nights for business and they made me feel at home. I also enjoyed their gym… small but surprisingly well kitted and functional for a boutique gym. I recommend the vegetarian breakfast and the salmon and prawn salad (if no shell fish allergies )

The experience was very professional and very impressive. Customer service was top notch . The food was nice I had full English breakfast for breakfast, buffet style for lunch and grilled prawns in garlic butter with steamed rice for dinner. I had an amazing 1 week here at the Villa Monticello. Zeinab and Elijah made it extra for me.

The staff was very attentive.Room was very clean. I had a Swedish Massage from Sabina and it was so amazing I requested her a few hours later, to have a foot massage. The front desk was very responsive with all request made. The front desk also worked diligently when my credit card payment, since it was having a glitch, since I was out of the country.

what a fantastic find…. I was SO glad to find them. I had a long layover in Accra, and turns out you can get a ‘transit visa’ for $65, leave the airport temporarily and then this hotel offers a transit rate for booking a room for a half day. The manager was there and personally helped me book a car for return and as I was waking up from a fantastic rest and was on the way out of my door he was about to knock to make sure I didn’t miss my flight. As we were working out the details at check-in they had refreshments there and then showed me around including a classy restaurant, open dining area and full gym with free weights and cardio. Wi-fi was perfect and everything was put together with such taste. I told him I was so impressed with it all and wanted to leave a review and that my only regret was I had to get back to the airport to keep traveling. Needless to say with all the right amenities and 5min drive from the airport, this was basically perfect
