I recently had the misfortune of staying at Atlas International Hotel Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. My three days at this hotel were nothing short of a disaster. From unclean pillows and beedsheets to a laundry service that bordered on destructive, topped off with security concerns and an unauthorized room change, this hotel has a long way to go before it can be considered a reputable place to stay. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodations that prioritize cleanliness, professionalism, and basic guest satisfaction.

Séjour très médiocre de par l’hygiène de la salle de bain, nous avions retrouvé dès notre arrivée une pelote de cheveux dans la baignoire. Nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude et pas de pression d’eau pendant 2 jours, nous ne pouvions pas nous doucher. Baignoire qui fuyait au premier jour, la salle de bain était inondée. La literie était commode, mais il n’y avait aucune isolation des fenêtres ce qui faisait que c’était très bruyant et froid la nuit. Nous avions demandé à deux reprises de nous emmener du papier toilette, il a fallu insister pour l’avoir. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais il n’y a pratiquement que du salé et que du café soluble (pas de vrai café). Points positifs : literie, draps propres, service bar à l’entrée et de repassage. Personnel correct plutôt agréables.
