It’s a good place to be. Very comfortable bed. Bath water should be warmer. Will stay there again.

I was there for a one night stop over before a flight. The room was spacious and beautiful, same as the bathroom. We organised a dinner for our team that was delicious. The hotel also provided transportation from and to the airport for our group, and everything was perfect. Anje is flexible, available, welcoming and warm. I will stay there again.

Avoid at all costs. Great location and beautiful compound but the most horrible service in Addis, rude staff that’s never around to help and stale food. Manager is trying to fix the place but it’s beyond salvageable.

Location is good Beds comfy Free shuttle service Late check out possible for 50% When mentioned things not optimal we were allowed to use room for longer Friendly staff React Quickly to messages Stairs to get to wing with our rooms… guess one can use the parking lot Two parties taking place causing significant noise until after midnight even though they said it stopped at 2300 No hot water in my room; drain didn’t work properly on other room TV fuzzy You hear the pipes of other rooms when a shower is taken for example as if you are under the shower with them Facilities poor Food mediocre Swimming pool closed Not worth 100$ Didn’t get the delux room we had booked Balcony view of wine bottle graveyard and wall of other building

I checked into the hotel last night and was given a room that had an awful stench. I requested a new room and after an hour I was moved to a new room. This room was nice and clean. A bottle of water was removed as I was a single guest so I am only entitled to one bottle of water. As the hotel does not have air conditioning I wanted to open a window to discover that I could not. Upon opening the curtains I discovered that my windows were part of the guest staircase, There were tea cups with tea but no kettle. These are just a few issues, The breakfast was also pathetic, Yet this hotel has a high rating on ***********.

Wonderful hotel and staff. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The restaurant and loby is spacious, you can take a walk inside the hotel compound. Easy access to airport and city center. I can call it second home.

Bed still dirty of the previous customers, I dont want to explain details but well I'm a human being and I know what was that dirty INSIDE the bed!!!! Nothing to say about the girl at reception, she was very sad and ashamed of the situation, she tried to give us another room but I preferred to ask refund and leave the place!!!!!! 100$ x night is a joke
