Pas mal comme hôtel. Mais, certains employés ont besoin de plus de formation encore. Très bon service de café pur. Traditionnel. J’ai adoré.

Отель точно не соответствует 5-и звездам. При заселении в номер на двоих в ванной комнате было только одно полотенце. Завтрак невкусный. Из плюсов только месторасположение - недалеко от центра и близко от аэропорта.

房間不算大，一個人住也還行，設施不算新。服務人員很有禮貌，就是有時候毛巾牙刷之類的需要自己找前台拿。早餐不錯。缺點是早上發電機五點多就開始響，噪聲很大。浴室不知道是水管還是整體抽風的噪聲也很大。

一般跟國內沒法比，條件真顧不上五星

在市區，周邊環境挺好

沒空調，很冷。

From the beginning after being greeted by Firaol Nura, and extending stay twice with him , he provided excellent service. This is a landmark hotel in Addis Ababa with nice pool, gym and spa with complimentary stem and sauna . Massage service are excellent. The breakfast services members were great and the chef preparing omelettes is incredible. Overall, coming from US and Dubai, I was very happy with the hotel overall. Little complaints are unnecessary, and most were fixed with smile.

Staff exceptionally friendly. Service at the restaurant is slow at times and room lacking a bit of maintenance. Overall experience was good.

The service was of very of high standard, from reception to restaurant personell, also the spa personell were competent and friendly.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff were very nice and friendly. It was clean and quiet. The food was delicious. We stayed there twice and both times the refrigerators in the rooms were not working. And the second room was so small there were no space for a crib.

I highly recommend staying at Elilly International Hotel. Comfortable stay, wonderful staff, top-notch service, and the breakfast was also good. I recommend visiting Elilly International Hotel, you will leave satisfied.

Had a great experience at Elilly. It's worth mentioning 2 hotel staff, Tsion and Neway who were amazing during my stay. I will be coming back
