Peppers Waymouth Adelaide

No car park attached to hotel, have to drive to car park yourself or pay $55 for a chauffeur to drive it. Room service menu was fancy stuff from the downstairs restaurant. Nothing simple. Not even room service breakfast available. On the note of the restaurant downstairs this is where the “buffet” breakfast was and I use that term loosely. Shocking variety. Even have to do our own coffees right in a tiny corner of the the room. One coffee at a time while the line gets bigger. We have to get a special order for eggs because the scrambled eggs are just mush. At least the toaster worked. And the space fits maybe 20 which is fine for a B&B but not for a 16 floor hotel. We had to have breakfast at 8 to avoid the crowds waiting at 9 and later. In the room itself (we had a suite), there were light switches EVERYWHERE. And they were all so confusing as you couldn’t see what they said. Then the one in the bathroom you had to walk in and close the door to access it. No fan ventilation for showers. Bath mats being so thin gets immediately soaked after one shower. No face washers. Bench was too low for a bathroom. Hand towels way too low. The size of the bathroom was nice though and the shower pressure was good. TV remote didn’t work properly, could not find all amenities like coffee, tea, fridge even etc. No nice hotel guide folder to help us out. The “desk” was the tv cabinet when there was plenty of space in the lounge area to have a desk. Then we had a balcony with no chairs or table to sit at (can easily have some out there and bolt them down for safety). The temperature stuff don’t even get me started. Uncomfy beds and flat pillows. I ended up sleeping on the lounger as it was more comfortable. I don’t think I’ll be back anytime soon. Wasn’t horrible but wasn’t great. The staff were nice though which was a nice change

We had a great stay at Peppers in Adelaide! Our room was very comfortable and spacious. We’re a silver Accor members and where extremely looked after early check in and late check up , free arrival drinks discounts off food. Breakfast was great value for money and catered for a favorite of people.

Extremely disappointing. Faulty/noisy amenities, limited room service options (no available options for a coeliac) despite an onsite chef, limited TV show options with highly charged pay TV options. Expected a lot more from a 5 star venue.

Room was magical.... central location highly recommend. Arrived late from interstate travel, room was ready, vehicle parked for us... no stress, staff could not do enough for us. Forgot my razor and socks. No issue both were arranged for me through reception.

A very warm friendly welcome. All staff were very lovely, friendly and helpful. Great facilities in the hotel with gym, pool, sauna etc. The food was delicious, although overpriced. The breakfast buffet was delicious and lots to choose from. Some things were a bit impractical ie: jars with clips for the condiments and the crock pots for the hot food with nowhere to either place your plate or the lid while dishing out your food and water condensation then drips everywhere. Very lovely rooms and the pump soap in shower and bathroom are very practical thankyou and less waste too. Thank you for a lovely stay.
