This house, full of character, was built in 2012 with a floor area of 750 sq.m on two floors, and has been renovated with an eye to tradition. It has no neighboring houses. There is a large plot of land on the adjoining property. The house stands out for its exposed beams, concrete staircases, tiled floors, and antique furniture. It has a 85-sq.m south-facing terrace, a traditional-style bread oven, and storage for ski and boots. The property is 7400 sq.m. There is a superb and unobstructed view. Ground floor: Vestibule, 68-sq.m kitchen, two bedrooms (double beds), bathroom with exposed stones, WC, and cellar. First floor: two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an additional single bed. The 50-sq.m living room has a sofa bed and dry stone walls. Bathroom, WC, and two mezzanines: one 30 sq.m in size facing the bedrooms, another of 40 sq.m with a south-facing balcony and bay windows, perfect for playing games or reading. Heating — built with an eye to comfort: two water heaters and a tiled room with an electrically-heated slab and a wood-burning stove. There is also an electrically-heated ceiling in the large bathroom, the entrance hall, one of the bedrooms, and the mezzanines. The other three bedrooms have radiators. The kitchen has a wood- or charcoal-burning stove and a radiator. The kitchen also has an all-purpose stove, gas and electric, with an electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, sandwich press and coffee machine. There is a freezer in the cellar. Other amenities include television, internet and Wi-Fi. Many books, a video game console and various board games can be found in the mezzanine.
