Quiet, tranquil, modern hotel with very nice staff. The beach was beautiful and clean. We didn’t get a chance to try out the spa services but loved seeing the massage cabana at the end of the beach and hopefully will try it out on our return visit! Abundant breakfast with excellent and attentive staff. Very helpful porter service and a very accommodating front desk staff! Dinner on the first night was delicious. They even accommodated us at twenty to 10pm, close to closing! We were extremely grateful after a long day of traveling. Lunch and drinks by the pool was also delicious! Great service too! Very short car ride into town with many, many cute shops with lots of hand made jewelry and ceramics. We shopped till we dropped! Pistachio ice cream in town was out of this world! Restaurants in town were also really good! Monastery of St Nektarios is close, about twenty minutes by car. Rooms were clean and the sea views were really nice from our balconies. The mattress was really comfortable! The water pressure in the shower was nice and strong. Some room categories have big, proper closets and the others have small closets with the clothes bar hanging up over the safe and coffee area, so the longer dresses would touch. That’s the only complaint really, and for people staying for a week or longer, the lack of drawer space and that odd closet would not be acceptable. We would definitely return!

The property is lovely and in a good location, about a 12 minute taxi ride into town. The grounds are gorgeous and the room was suitable. Emma at the front desk held our reservation until the evening as we were dealing with a lost piece of luggage and was super friendly and sympathetic upon our arrival. The pool and beach were great and the staff at breakfast were wonderful!!! Will definitely stay at the property again!

Lalibay is pure five-star magic. From the moment we arrived everything felt effortless and beautiful. Our room was gorgeous—spacious, spotless, and with a view that honestly took our breath away every morning. The food is something I’ll never forget. Every single meal was a highlight, created by a Michelin-level chef who clearly loves what he does. Breakfasts lingered into long, happy mornings and dinners felt like something out of a dream. The beach is just as perfect: soft sand, clear blue water, and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Everywhere we turned the staff made us feel cared for without ever being intrusive. Lalibay isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience that stays with you. We left already planning when we could come back.

This luxury paradise surpassed our expectations. The beach club; the helpful and friendly staff; and the overall setting combined to make this a place to which we aim to return. ... There is a particularly enviable culture among the staff. Superior customer service. Especially the front desk manager, Regina, who was most helpful both before we arrived and during our stay with our multiple requests. She is top notch.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Lalibay Resort was nothing short of five-star perfection. The location is ideal not very far from the centre but in peace and quiet with amazing views. But it was the exceptional service that truly set this hotel apart. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently attentive and friendly. A special shout-out must go to Verginia, the lady with the fringes. She was genuinely helpful. She made the start of our trip even from the phone seamless and enjoyable, providing us with all the information we needed and a warm, friendly smile. It's the little details like this that make such a big difference, and she certainly made a fantastic first impression. Our rooms were immaculate and comfortable with attention to detail.
