Here is the info. for those who want to know why I gave 5 stars. I booked two rooms for 11/4 for one night, and that's where the problem starts; arriving at the hotel I find parking below as described in the instructions of the Booking parking then walking until I get to the reception where I was in line behind other people arguing with a guy who works at the reception, I heard from others (my room has not been cleaned, the blanket is missing, the shower is still dirty, so many as possible imaginable etc. then my turn arrives and everything seemed to go smoothly I check in two checks I take the room card I go up to the room where I was assigned I head towards the door I open it, I don't want to use bad words here goes all the problems I heard before at the reception and now it's happening to me and instead of two rooms for 4 people I only had one room, not clean dirty and toilet dirty. Then I was assistant at the reception by (Francisco Alvarez) I was offered a full refund down to the last cent, but to this day I have still been contacted by the hotel. here be careful when you make Booking here.

Worst experience in my life! The room was not cleaned, there was hair from the previous person in the bathroom, used shampoo and other products! We couldn't make shower. They didn't want to refund even if we moved to another hotel. It's embarrassing to see this at a hotel in the Radisson chain.

Clean Clean and fresh, close to train station, affordable, breakfast was good but few guests means some food was old.

Excellent Excellent hotel at a great price. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were clean and quiet. I could have driven around to look for a parking spot (I assume for a fee), but elected to park in the underground garage. Parking was $25USD.
