Dominium Palace

Beautiful 5 star hotel , very clean and perfect service specially by the pool bar manager M’barak who make our stay special ! It was my daughter 18 th bday and he make her to feel like princess ! Even reception stuff were very friendly and helpful. We try hammam spa and we book it thru reception . They were always quick with any request we made ! Definitely will be back here ! Thank u ones again to all the stuff at this hotel ❤️

Stayed three nights whilst in Agadir for business. The Dominium Palace (not to be confused with the nearby Dominium Hotel) is a brand-new larger resort style hotel located a couple of blocks back from the sea, in front of the royal palace. This location is very peaceful, but a little walk to either the beach or the restaurants of the Founty neighbourhood (15-20 minutes). Plenty of free secure parking is available on site. Check in was quick and efficient, and my room was large, with a clean modern style (comfortable but slightly lacking in character). The bed was large and comfortable, with power sockets and USB close by. The aircon worked well, but I struggled a little to get a WIFI connection. The bathroom was also large with a good hot shower. Breakfast was okay with a moderate selection. I also ate in the hotel restaurant one night, here the menu was a little limited, the service a little slow and the food a little uninspiring; not terrible but nothing special, especially when some very good restaurants are within walking distance. Facilities in the hotel include a very well provisioned gym and large pool (although I didn’t get a chance to try either out fully). Another good facility is a large well-stocked and fairly priced shop, useful for topping up on water, soft drinks and snacks. One thing the hotel doesn’t have is a bar as they currently don’t sell alcohol, not a problem when on business, but perhaps more of an issue if on holiday.

This is a very average hotel and should not advertise as being a 5 star hotel. Hotels in agadir have sectioned off areas at the beach but nothing for the dominium. Breakfast is very poor, they have very basic fruits available and other 5 star hotel will have have a pancake /crepe station. Lots of things missing at Breakfast, no spoons in the yoghurt, or even near the yoghurt. Nedd to get spoons from another area of buffet and bowls are also not put near yoghurt. No breakfast rolls available, just 2 types of bread are available. I think the management of this hotel are very poor because they should be supervising employees at this hotel but they don't seem bothered. The hotel staff are lovely but poor management ruins it for them. The layout of this hotel is terrible, if you get a room without a balcony you will be directly outside the courtyard of the hotel. At busy periods it will be very noisy in those rooms. Sound proofing between rooms is very poor. For the price paid I would have expected better. Much better Hotels available for this price point.

Absoultey shocking customer service we check in on Wednesday morning we didn’t even recover a hello welcome or anything please don’t book this if you going with family it’s like. maze only decent people were the waiters and house keepers we had a deluxe room paid extra and guess what we received two single beds joined together kettle smelled like dead rats been living in there. management is so rude it is unbelievable they just don’t care they just want there money and that’s all they care about nothing else. if you going with family or friends my advice is DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Never written a review but use the site alot. I really struggled to choose a hotel in Agadir but i am so glad i chose this one. From the moment we arrived the treatment we received was absolutely amazing. We booked a standard room but when we arrived we asked to upgrade to a room with a balcony and we were upgraded foc to a deluxe room. When we walked in to the hotel the place was just breathtaking it was luxury you wouldnt find at a normal holiday hotel. The rooms were immaculate and were cleaned everyday the pool and patio areas were not only beautiful and classy but clean and the staff couldnt be more helpful. We walked alot on holiday and passed all the expensive all inclusive hotels and honestly not one of them looked anywhere near as nice or as luxurious. If you are looking to explore Agadir and want affordable luxury then look no further. Nicest hotel ive ever stayed in while on holiday.

Wir waren im Rahmen einer Geschäftsreise für drei Nächten in diesem Hotel in Agadir untergebracht. Die Erwartungen auf ein Fünf Sterne Hotel wurden leider nicht erfüllt. Neben baulichen Mängeln war die Klimaanlage defekt und der Service beim Frühstück und Abendessen war nicht perfekt. Teilweise gab es nur eine Kaffeemaschine und zu wenig Besteck. Positiv war der gut ausgestattete Fitnessraum. Allerdings gab es hier eine großflächige verschimmelte Wand, die nicht viel Spaß auf Sport machte.
