Resort que acomoda muitos turistas e com todo o tipo de serviços necessários. Pequeno-almoço incrível, com bastante variedade e especialidades marroquinas gastronómicas. Uma boa experiência e excelente porta de entrada para a realidade Marroquina.

No me encantó. Me quedé solo una noche y creo que no me quedaría más. El hotel estaba limpio, en la zona de resorts, pero está lejos de todo y no puedes entrar a ningún otro hotel si no estás hospedado. El servicio no fue demasiado amable y las instalaciones me parecieron anticuadas.

非常好，很推薦。非常靠近市中心，火車站，有很好的地理位置，對面有麥當勞快餐店等等的吃的。晚上很安全！

Just returned from a 3 night stay and honestly I’m struggling to see how anyone could give this place a negative review!! We upgraded on booking to a sea view room(1118) and it was beautiful, the decor and cleanliness was 1st class. Reception was thoroughly professional and everyone was more than happy to help with any questions we had. Now for the food, we had only booked as bed and breakfast but we did take lunch here too on our last day while we waited for our taxi home. Wow! The choice was vast and the quality superb, the waiting staff were fantastic, full of smiles and nothing was too much trouble, an extra thanks to the dining room manager who was superb and the man who sat at the Moroccan tea section you made our mornings. Id booked excursions every morning and I’m annoyed with myself as I’d of happily enjoyed a leisurely breakfast on the sun terrace. Location is super too, not too far from the main restaurants for evening meals and about 20 minutes to the marina and all the taxi drivers know it so no problem with pick ups. Gardens and pool areas are well maintained and if you do need WiFi the reception area gets a great signal and is spacious and comfy. If and this is very minor I could make one suggestion an information pack in the rooms would be very useful, restaurant times, hire charges for beach equipment and spa. I know the information is there but it’s all in French! Not unusual for agadir but my spoken French is passable but reading it I’m lost. Check in: Easy and quick. A form to complete and shown to room by a porter. Room: Basic, poorly cleaned with mould in the shower and squashed bugs on the walls. Food: Varied, buffet restaurant unorganised and 3 a la cartes. Pool: Noisy and full.

Let me preface this by saying I do not usually write negative reviews as I believe everyone's opinion is subject. However having not even been here 24hr I am already ready to come home. We arrived to the hotel on a Tui package holiday at 12am. It soon became clear they were not expecting our arrival and had no rooms available. 4 couples were given rooms only to find they were walking into a room that was already occupied! After waiting almost 3 hours trying to sort it, we were sent to the hotel next door for the night. We had to walk the streets with all our baggage at 3am to arrive at a hotel even worse. We were told that the manager of the Dunes would be available at 10am and that rooms would be ready at 12pm for us. We dutifully arrived at 12pm to be told to come back at 2pm, that came and went. The rep arrived to do his welcome spiel at 3pm, we were still waiting to get a room. After a lot of arguing with the rep and requesting to be sent to another hotel, he just walked out! We had booked a double/twin room with a pool view. We have ended up in what can only be called a prison cell overlooking a brick wall. We have already lodged a complaint with Tui and are waiting for them to get back to us. The disorganisation at this hotel is unbelievable, I have seen another review that compares it to Fawlty Towers, I would say Fawlty Towers would be an improvement. We were not the only people to find ourselves in this situation, there must have been at least 40 people from different countries all trying to access pre-booked rooms that were not available!

I really don’t know how to explain!! From the start we didn’t feel welcome as the reception staff are so miserable and on a very short fuse. Three meals out of seven days, which were good, the rest were awful no plates no spoons pegged for salt and pepper. We had no electric at the start! not in a good state electric out 3×4 times. Bedding lumpy, plugs hanging off and nail coming out of wall near bed. Drink awful . We ate out in the end and got drinks out of hotel. Never ever again, but will go back to Morocco.

In all honesty, I don't write reviews as standard practice, but felt like I needed to on this occasion. Having read other people's reviews (after my husband had booked the holiday) I was extremely anxious about our holiday to the point I had asked him to cancel. What I experienced however, was nothing like the negative reviews I have read on here. I appreciate this will be a long review, so have tried to help by breaking it down into sections! Staff Both my husband and I found all members of staff we interacted with to be helpful and cheerful. There were some instances where we found the language barrier to be a small issue, but I know a fair bit of French so was able to muddle through most situations. I also found almost all members of staff, especially the chefs in the food area, would go out of their way to try to speak in English to us. In the food area, we mostly ate in the Gazania room and found the waitstaff in there to be very friendly and looked after us well. There were 2 people in particular. Josef and another gentleman who is in the Gazania room for breakfast and lunch (I'm so sorry, I didn't get a name!) Who were both very attentive and would help wherever they could. Both remembered our drinks ordered and would get these for us, top up my wine whenever my glass was empty, and would always have a spoon ready for my dessert. The entertainment team were great fun. They got people involved and put in great events during the day and shows on an evening. My husband and I managed to get tickets to the Morocco v Zambia match however the process of picking up the tickets and actually getting to the stadium is long winded! We asked for the location of the ticket office at reception, and we were helped by numerous staff. We were then asked to wait a moment. Around 10 minutes later, the concierge had arranged for a member of the staff, Abdo, to take us to the ticket office then to the stadium. He then took us exactly where we needed to go and ended up escorting us to the stadium and got us fantastic seats for the match. He stayed with us, helping us out with what was happening etcand taking pictures, before then getting us safely back to the hotel. This was so far above and beyond what we expected, and a massive thank you to Abdo for the fantastic experience! I genuinely believe the negative reviews against the staff are so unfair as they were all working so hard when we were there. Hotel The hotel itself is in a fantastic location. It is close to shops and has a lovely walk along the promenade. There is a private area of the beach for hotel guests which we went onto, however we were approached consistently by sellers which didn't bother us too much as we are quite confident in saying no, however I realise others may not be and this may bother them. Our room was lovely! The bed was hard, but we like that. We had a good sized balcony with furniture. The shower was old, but worked absolutely fine and the room was cleaned every day and
