New Farah Hotel recensioner

Horrible, awful, unsafe - avoid at all costs I arrived and immediately checked out bc of the construction and the awful guests having a party with their hotel door wide open. These guests threatened me when I asked them to close their room, while reception looked / listened to what was going on, ignoring the situation which became super unsafe as one of the more aggressive guests followed me to the elevator. The hotel refused to refund or apologise for the situation they caused, leaving a female solo traveler without accommodation for my trip, which I then had to rebook at a much higher cost at short notice.

Ciertamente creo que la culpa no es tanto del establecimiento, sino de la OTA (trip.com) ya que los filtros están mal aplicados, o no aplica el desayuno o directamente da a la confusión.

This hotel is an absolute DIVE! Avoid, it stinks, pool is green, the staff are rude. Never any staff to be seen n that’s if you do find them! The rooms are awful n disgusting! Clearly not cleaned properly! We were informed this is a motel not a hotel so ‘what do you expect’ good job the locals were nice or would’ve spoiled our time

A very welcoming hotel. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Room cleaned and towels changed daily. The food was very good and served with a smile. The decor is a bit outdated but ok. Beds were fine. I would say good value for the money they charge and good luck to them.

Clean hotel in the centre of Agadir. Clean. No bugs. Camfortable bed. Nice service. Very boring breakfast - everyday the same (egg, olives, olive oil, honey, butter, aprikot jam, bread, coffee, orange juice)

Although this hotel is extremely outdated the staff more than make up for its shortcomings as they could not do enough for us from supplying us with an iron a kettle and physically taking us to the road to hail a taxi to the beach Excellent continental breakfast although we were not so impressed with the dinners but that probably is down to a matter of taste Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied and beds made Lovely clean outdoor pool but avoid the sky bar at all costs as it is extremely dirty dilapidated and has very little stock The outside of the hotel is lovely with a lovely pedestrian walkway Two lovely helpful shops next door and a friendly off licence over the road The beach is a five minute taxi drive away and taxi fares are very cheap Overall we had a lovely holiday Do not expect a five star hotel but do expect a wonderful friendly hotel staff team Thank you

How this hotel is listed on trip adviser as anything other than 1 star is beyond me. It advertised a pool, a green puddle is more apt for first few days, it now sits empty. A mini bar is advertised, it is a empty fridge in a cupboard. Extremely run down rooms, can't even open the curtains. The noise levels from the sky bar is extremely loud. Some lad roaring on a microphone til midnight every night. Absolutely no sound proofing. I never mind hotel rooms in general as I only use them to shower and sleep but thus place is diabolical. Only positive is friendly staff. Definitely do not expect any sleep here.

I would have given this 4/5 from our actual experience at the hotel. However due to the works going on directly outside the hotel I thought this was fair. The hotel is bang in the city centre of Agadir. Although the hotel is not undergoing any refit the areas outside are. Having spoken with the locals they are preparing for the African nations cup in 2025 and the World Cup in 2030. It didn’t affect our experience tbh but it may for some. We found the people at the hotel fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful, printed off our boarding passes and gave us some tips on things to do. We found the room comfortable and it was cleaned everyday. The sky bar on the top floor is used by locals with local music entertainment. We really enjoyed mixing with the locals and all were very friendly. If you are looking for a pool holiday this is probably not for you as we found this our least favourite part of the hotel. It’s about a 15 min walk down to the beach area and probably 25 mins to the marine. This was not an issue for us as we liked the mix of tourist/local experience. There’s a little bar just over the road from the hotel which we enjoyed. Everyone we came into contact with was so friendly, we shared drinks and dancing with people of all different nationalities in there. We would like to return to this hotel once the works have been completed to give it the full experience. We did get a bargain holiday and it was def worth the price we paid, although I feel the hotel may get some iffy reviews because of its current surroundings. Guess if you are aware of this before you book then expectations are met.

i would give 0 stars if i could. hotel is on a building site, disgusting rooms, creepy men shouting things at you as you walk around the hotel. we did not feel safe in the hotel, it was creepy, eery and extremely outdated. not to mention the beds were rock soild, i applaud anyone who managed to sleep on them, because we could barley sit on them. we checked out an hour after arriving, save your money.

Do not stay here under any circumstances. I arrived this week to a hotel under construction with very loud guests partying with their hotel door open at 7pm. The hotel staff were present and aware of the noise and disturbance but chose to ignore so when I asked the guest to close his door, he got irrate and incredibly aggressive and him and his two party guests threatened me and followed me to the elevator. Reception also confirmed they heard this altercation but chose not to assist. I told reception I was checking out as I didn’t feel safe in the hotel having been threatened within the first 15 mins of my arrival, no apology was offered, it was in fact demanded that I paid the hotel tax before I left to find another hotel (at twice the price because of booking last minute). The hotel have refused to refund the 4 nights I prepaid despite the issues at their hotel, also no apology or explanation. If you want peace and quite / to be safe and not surrounded by **** guests or spineless employees - DO NOT STAY HERE

I stayed here in November 2023, friendly staff, especially the cook of dinner, is a very friendly man,the room was cleaned every day, hotel is well located, close to restaurant, sea, shops, souks, good wifi, this location allows you to go everywhere on foot, habiba
