Fanida ＜3 best animator in the hotel hands down Great hotel overall i enjoyed the trip

It was an amazing stay, we loved everything about this hotel.

Hotel is not on an 5* international level, but for marocco probably acceptable, expect maximum 3*. Food is mediocore, staff doesn‘t pay attention, they are on the phone.. The reception and the management staff is poorly trained and managed. It took us more than three hours to check-in, cuz they claimed they had no reservation received. After sending them all the documents & details, contacting trip.com so they manage the problem directly with the hotel, and waiting for another hour we could check in at 3pm. We dealed with the whole situation and the experience is definitely not acceptable. At least we get now a simple room-upgrade, or maybe a free late check out? any comepensation at all after this desaster? You wish, they said: we are fully booked, strange that it sill showed a lot of better rooms or even a suite on booking for that duration free to book, i mean at least don’t lie... I would try to find another hotel to stay. Ps: the picture of the jacuzzi shows probably poo (it smelled and looked likt it) avoid at all costs.

Lovely hotel, super clean and all staff super friendly especially the guys at the pool bars. Cocktails not the best but everything else was lovely highly recommended.

Lovely resort, had a great time at the resort. The staff were very friendly, the food choice was amazing, so much variety. The beach was close by. Would definitely come again.

Didn’t like the food as the choices were not great and they were repeating the same. Everything other services is chargeable Liquor options are let down they were charging us for basic whiskey drinks So over all not happy

Pros: Staff very nice and attentive and caring The buffet is good for an all inclusive Well maintained room Correct animation (to be improved further) Cons: Difficulty of access by car to the hotel (lack of indication on the main road and the GPS directs towards an erroneous route) Access to the beach difficult especially for families with babies Lack of private beach or chiringuito like hotels of the same standing in the area The hotel re-invoices the tax even though it is advanced at the time of booking online. Service reservation is poorly organized to locate reservations made online. It is always necessary to make sure with several people of the reservation service before coming to the hotel. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay and we intend to return next year.

Un très bon séjour 2eme fois et toujours pas déçus la nourriture et excellent et l’équipe très professionnel et accueillant.  Si vous cherchez un hôtel pour  vous reposer je vous le conseil et merci à karima pour votre professionnalisme et vos soins visage.

Rien à dire tout était parfait ! Les pizzas étaient succulentes, les services de l’hôtel parfait. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour.

前台對訂單確認花了很多時間，歺24小時都有，迷你吧免費，出海直接去，回來有N個游泳池。門僮，保安都不錯，位置有點偏不在傳統的那塊沙灘，還行，對的起這個價格，還有，人太多了

rien à dire .. si vous souhaitez vous évader le temps d’un week-end d’une semaine cet endroit est parfait pour vous sentir coupé du monde et vous ressourcer à 100%.. tout est fait pour vous occuper à l’intérieur de l’hôtel, des animations, des soirées ect. vous avez tout à disposition, jeux, tennis, badminton, mini golf… un régal

Bonne réception l'équipe est à l'écoute chambre spacieuse est propre avec balcon plusieurs piscines très bon emplacement tout est inclus avec la réservation plusieurs snack pour plongée et de restaurant à disponibilité
