Hotel Polo Towers Agartala

2. It's been almost 3 years we are coming to Polo tower's and in Agartala more than five years . Anywhere I visit always prefer reviews before booking. Very neat clean & cozy hotel, only gym fixtures need to change, rest fine. Thanks to Ms Barnali Dhar for always helping us.

Excellent hotel for business travel. Good food, friendly staff and well prepped rooms. Their service is best at the main dining restaurant..while the ambience and music at the poolside bar ks great, service there is slow. have stayed here 4 times and can safely say its the best place to stay in agartala

Very good and as far as tripura is concerned only polo towers can give such a feel. Ambience and food are good..relationship manager Ms Bernali is very efficient and with a positive vibes of hospitality.good luck

Had an absolutely delightful and memorable stay at Hotel Polo Towers, Agartala. Everything was just perfect — from the ambience, decor, and food to the room comfort and the warm hospitality of the team. The room was exceptionally comfortable, spacious, and elegantly designed with modern interiors. The large floor-to-ceiling window offered a breathtaking view of lush greenery and the cityscape, making mornings and evenings truly serene. The cozy lighting, ultra-comfortable bed, ergonomic workstation, and relaxing armchair made it ideal for both work and relaxation. The restaurant ambience was sophisticated yet warm, with a tasteful blend of modern decor and comfortable seating. It offered a perfect atmosphere whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The food was undoubtedly one of the highlights. The breakfast spread was lavish, featuring an excellent variety of Indian, continental, and local dishes — all fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A standout was the Oriental Sizzler, served sizzling hot with aromatic steam — a generous combination of flavorful noodles, crispy fries, sautéed vegetables, and paneer cooked in a perfectly balanced oriental sauce. A big thanks to Chef Ashokprasadji, the heart and soul of the hotel's culinary experience, whose passion and personal touch made every meal special. Deep appreciation to Biswajit Basak for his warmth, professionalism, and attentive service, and to Ms. Barnali Dhar (Guest Relation Officer) for her consistent care and friendly approach. A special mention to Abhishek Bhattacharjee (Housekeeping Manager) for his promptness and proactive attitude in ensuring comfort and resolving housekeeping concerns quickly. Service throughout the stay has been truly excellent. One small observation — the bar and minibar prices seem unusually high for basic beverages. ₹199 for soft drinks like Sprite, Coke, and Fanta, and even packaged items like Amul Masti and Amul Lassi feels steep. A revision in this area would further improve the guest experience. Despite this minor point, the overall experience is simply outstanding. Hotel Polo Towers, Agartala offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, excellent food, beautiful views, and world-class hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agartala.

Best services, best experience. People who are responsible for making your stay comfortable are really very polite, helpful and friendly. It's really very good place to stay if you are planning to visit Tripura.

I stayed here for 01 night and had 03 rooms. It is a very nice hotel and not very far from the airport. Hotel staff was amazing. Check in was smooth and quick. Duty Manager Susanta helped us a lot and reception staff was also very helpful. Rooms are spacious and housekeeping staff Dilawar (if I am not mistaken by his name) was amazing. Breakfast spread was also good. Being a vegetarian my expectations were not that high for the food but I had wonderful dosa. Overall it was a nice and pleasant stay.
