Great service absolutely beautiful view is wonderful clean names

We loved everything about this property. The two pools were gorgeous with lots of seating and shade. The breakfast was some of the best we've ever had and the level of attention was first class. The room was the best part, very spacious and we had our private little pool and area to lay out and relax. The workout facilities were adequate and overall my location in Mykonos was only 10 minutes from the airport and Mykonos Town. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

We began planning our trip to Greece over a year ago. Our visits to Athens, Santorini, and Mykonos exceeded our expectations in so many ways. In Athens, we strolled the narrow streets of Plaka, Monastiraki, and Anafiotika, dined at cafes, shopped in the local markets, and admired the Parthenon atop the Acropolis from our hotel's rooftop restaurant. Making this long-awaited visit to Greece worth the wait—and we loved it. We quickly fell in love with the warmth and charm of the people, who greeted us with 'Kalimera' ('good morning'). Their hospitality, healthy food, and passion for life deepened our appreciation for their history, their contributions to the advancement of democracy, and their profound embrace of the special moments that life has to offer. While Athens, Santorini, and Mykonos offered incredible journeys through narrow and quaint streets, where their vibrant colors and historic architecture blended perfectly with the present. The warmth of the people enriched our experience by making every turn a memorable moment. A trip that would not have been as unforgettable without the hospitality and service from the Katikies' staff in Santorini and Mykonos. From my initial inquiry and reservation through to our stay, the Katikies staff guided us in the registration process, ensuring exceptional accommodations in Santorini. After many months of friendly emails, it was a great pleasure to finally meet the staff at the reception desk for a formal introduction. It felt like reuniting with old friends. We laughed together and appreciated their warm welcome to Katikies. They were delightful and essential in making our reservations and transportation a seamless process at the airports and throughout our journey to Mykonos. Katikies Santorini: I want to start by saying that my initial communication with Katikies, prior to our arrival, was a true pleasure and helped set expectations for all, which were fully met. Katikies arranged a transfer from the airport with a professional driver, Dimitris, who arrived in a clean and polished Mercedes-Benz. Dimitris was welcoming and provided helpful information about Katikies, Santorini, and available excursions. He was great! We truly appreciated his knowledge of the island and his conversations. When we arrived at Katikies Santorini, we were quickly mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the caldera, the infinity pool, its restaurants, and surrounding accommodations and amenities. However, we also looked forward to meeting the reception staff and thanking them for making the reservation and transportation process a seamless experience. So, when we finally met Stella, Theodora, Sofia, and Maria at the concierge counter, it was a true delight. They welcomed us to Katikies with warm smiles, true to the spirit of Santorin. Just returned from staying one week at the Katikies in Mykonos, It is not suitable for the elderly; the number of steps you need to climb to the rooms or anywhere in the resort is horrendous. It is overpriced, especially the reception staff not helpful. Tv only channels in German apart for news.

We spent a week here with our daughter and had a truly great time. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing, always kind and very helpful with any questions or requests we had and gave us fantastic recommendations. Reeth from Latvia, who usually works at the Hotel in Santorini, was with the hotel for 10 days, and we were delighted to have his support. Housekeeping was also excellent. April, in particular, did a wonderful job and made sure everything was perfect for us. The day-time housekeeper was also amazing, but I unfortunately do not have her name.

We had a mixed experience at Katikies Mykonos. While there were some standout moments, a few service lapses and room issues meant it did not quite live up to its 5-star promise. The Highlights Food: Absolutely superb. Yes, it is expensive, but worth every euro. The Greek salad was the best I have ever had, and the breakfasts were both unique and delicious. Dining here was one of the real pleasures of our stay. Room Upgrade: We were upgraded from a plunge pool room to a full pool room. While this was appreciated, the advertised “sea view” was in reality just a partial glimpse between bushes if you stood in the right spot. The best views are clearly from the higher rooms, so bear that in mind when booking. Reception Team: The ladies at reception were absolutely amazing. They were warm, professional, genuinely friendly, and went out of their way to help us throughout our stay. Their outstanding service created a fantastic first impression and set a welcoming tone from the moment we arrived. Location: Perfect for a peaceful break. The views from both pools are stunning, and with a bus stop right outside (€2 per person to the main town), you get the best of quiet luxury and easy access to Mykonos Town. Top Pool Service: Attentive and friendly staff made relaxing by the higher pool a real treat. Breakfast Waitstaff: Efficient, welcoming, and quick to ensure we had everything we needed each morning. The Disappointments Room Condition: Comfortable bed, but the room felt a little tired. Some areas could do with fresh paint and general upkeep to match the price point. Downstairs Pool Service (One Staff Member): A frustrating low point. At the downstairs pool, one particular female staff member was unhelpful and dismissive from the outset. We ordered food 1 hour 15 minutes before our airport transfer. Starters took 40 minutes to arrive, and when we politely checked on the mains, she brushed us off with a curt “soon.” After following up again and explaining we had a flight to catch, she disappeared and later returned to say our order had been cancelled, something we had never requested. She shrugged, muttered something in Greek loudly as she walked away, and never came back to clarify or offer a solution. Then, without any explanation, the mains simply appeared at our table about 10 minutes before we had to leave, forcing us to rush through the meal. This unnecessarily stressful and poorly handled interaction ended our stay on a sour note and was the main reason our overall impression and rating of the hotel were brought down. Pool Area and Towels: The higher pool area is lovely, but parts looked worn. Towels were surprisingly thin and worn for a 5-star hotel, and on more than one occasion we waited up to 10 minutes and had to chase before they arrived.
