What a delightful place we chose for our late autumn trip to Agios! Our large double room was just that - huge, so much space! The bed was very comfortable, shower powerful and as we were on the first floor our little balcony was sheltered (ideal in November) overlooking the reception/bar area. The breakfast was excellent - a great selection of goodies with eggs cooked to your preference on request and a different homemade cake each day. As with many places we stay at in Greece - the icing on the cake was the friendliness of all the staff - we felt so welcome from the moment we arrived and throughout our stay - we will definitely be back!

We spent 1 night at this lovely hotel. On our arrival that was very early, Johanna at the front desk and the staff received us so friendly and offered to store our baggage until our room was ready. She informed us with a text when we could move in. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view from our balcony on the port. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety. We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and the prime location

It is a very nice, family hotel in front of the port with access to the small city, its beaches, restaurants, shops, within walking distance. The rooms are small but comfy and the staff is just amazing. We had a lovely time there, and I recommand it to start your stay in beautiful Crete.

We loved this small, family-owned, boutique hotel and highly recommend staying here if you visit Agio Nikolaos! The hotel staff was very kind and treated us like family, the deluxe sea view room with balcony had a great view, nicely decorated, mini frig, and the bed was big and comfy. The hotel front patio is a great place to sit and watch people walk by with a fantastic view of the port. We also very much enjoyed the morning breakfast for a small extra fee. It was delicious! They have a nice bar in the lobby too. The hotel location is great and free parking is nearby making it very convenient. Perfect for couples, families, solo and business travelers.

Our second stay, and once again quite brilliant. From check in where were greeted by the force of nature that is Soula, to our departure a week later, everything was perfect. The four ladies; Jessica, Alison, Vali & Soula could not have been more helpful or friendly. We have been lucky to have stayed in some quite stunning 5* hotels around the world, but this remains our favourite if we just want to go away and have a week of relaxation.

Very nice hotel down to the details. Charming staff. Eva gave us excellent recommendations from restaurants to a 3200 year old olive tree. The location in the harbor is picturesque and convenient. Breakfast was very good.

We had booked two nights here. Beautiful small hotel with an amazing friendly staff. We were on the 7th floor with partially view of the lake from he balcony. Good breakfast. The hotel is in perfect location. Unfortunately there was loud music to hear from the street late at night/morning. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful hotel, renovated to a very high standard in an excellent location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, helped by the brilliant staff, for whom nothing was too much trouble. Our thanks to Maria and 'the girls' for making us feel like members of the family. There was nothing we didn't like, it's light, bright airy and spacious, whilst feeling cozy. A place where to return would feel like coming home - Thank you to everyone.

We have been there for the fourth time and it was once again an amazing stay. From our point of view, the Port 7 Hotel is the best hotel for a relaxing stay in Agios Nikolaos. The hotel is private owned by a young and very friendly family. Also all the staff is very friendly and makes the stay a really wonderful experience. If possible, take a room with the spectacular sea side view. You will have a wonderful view all over Agios Nikolaos, especially during the night with the illuminated buildings and lake. We will truly come back in the next year and are happy stay once again at this wonderful lovely place.
