We had a fantastic time and can’t say enough good things! Everything was perfect – from the food to the beach, to the outstanding service. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and always in a great mood. They all made us feel completely at home. A very special thank you to Katerina – she was always there for us, supported us with everything, and truly went above and beyond to make every wish come true. Thanks to her, my girlfriend’s birthday became an unforgettable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back – thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We chose to go to an all-inclusive for our first leg of our honeymoon to fully relax after getting married in Italy. The short version is wow, they really put luxury into the 'Pure Luxe' name. For starters, when we arrived a bell boy assisted us with our bags, the lovely Eleftheria in the hotel bar brought us ice cold lemonade (and conversation for days afterwards xx), Maria and Georgios helped to check us in and brought us to our room. It was our honeymoon, so we splurged a little to get the private patio with the massage tub, day bed and fire pit, however this room totally exceeded our expectations. The bed is comfortable, the fridge is restocked daily with water and soft drinks, and the patio had unbelievable views. The restaurant staff even surprised us with a heart shaped cake for our honeymoon one day!! The pool is salt water (with an underwater radio??) and there are plenty of beds to choose from, however if you prefer shade I would get a bed early! The boys in the pool bar (Yiannas, Michalis and Michalis) kept us hydrated and laughing all day long. The restaurant is nothing short of incredible. Definitely some of the best food we have ever eaten. The servers are all so wonderful and helpful, and each al la carte is delicious, though our favourite was the seafood! We didn't end up making it into the steak restaurant, however we chose to pay an extra price to have a private dinner on the beach. The ambiance and decorations set by the staff was incredibly romantic and we loved watching the sunset over the sea throughout dinner. Miranda, Eugenia and Maria in the spa were our next stop to complete the relaxation experience. Miranda walked us through the various treatments, and gave us reminders for our appointments in the next days! We had the body scrub and aloe wrap, and then massages as well. Eugenia and Maria were incredibly professional, kind, and with healing hands! The spa is also equipped with a steam bath, sauna, hot tub and indoor pool. Each night there was live entertainment in the pool bar, with a mixture of traditional music and dancing, to acoustic duos and even a DJ! Our favourite part was meeting new friends and closing down the night with Yiannas, Michalis x2 and Eleftheria :) All in all, for two broke, newly married thirty year old Canadians, it was more costly than any all-inclusive we've taken to Cuba.... but it was so incredibly worth it. The hotel is stylish and feels quite new. It offers great facilities – multiple pools, a private beach, and a lovely dinner with a variety of options to choose from. We really enjoyed these aspects of our stay. However, the service was disappointing. The staff generally does only what is strictly required – nothing more. There’s no going the extra mile, no compensation offered when issues arise, and overall, no real sense of hospitality or customer care. It often felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than a priority, which created an unpleasant atmosphere. Be aware that this is not a typical five-star experience in terms of extras. The room amenities are minimal – don’t expect welcome kits or additional comforts. A key issue: some rooms have a step in the middle of the floor, which can be a tripping hazard. Also, many rooms are located on upper floors without elevator access, so if you have mobility concerns make sure to confirm your room’s location in advance.

Fabulous hotel perfect if you just want to relax. Pools were lovely main pool was amazing with underwater music. The loungers really were sumptuous . Sandy beach just across the quiet road fabulous sun loungers provided for hotel guests. Ring bell for service. Food great 5 different restaurants although all housed together. Need to reserve restaurants. Bedrooms were spacious and well equipped . Lovely spa area. All in all a fabulous relaxing holiday .

Myself and my Fiance stayed at this hotel last week and from start to finish we were not disappointed. We were so happy to be greeted so kindly and to find out we had been upgraded to a wonderful room with our very own private pool. We received a superb welcoming congratulations in our room upon arrival. The hotel grounds are so clean and wonderfully presented. The staff are absolutely exceptional in every way and the Food was a gastronomic excellence. We highly enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the steakhouse the chefs are wonderful. The spa ladies are so lovely and gave the most wonderful massage. The private beach is at the doorstep also. We loved this hotel and will definitely be returning. Absolutetly splendid 5 star!! :)
