The service at the hotel was good, especially for the breakfast buffet. The tea there was probably the best I've ever had. The potato curry and puri is the best food I've eaten in India so far. I would have liked the room to be cleaner. There was some hair on the floor, and the couch was dirty. Also, the water from the shower was cold.

We took a deluxe room which has a jacuzzi in it but there is an issue with hot water. In this winter season hot water is compulsory but we were getting warm water when we asked the hotel management they gave us heater to keep it in bucket. If this is the case why did we even pay that huge amount

Rooms were nice and comfortable. Couple of issues fan and door lock but other than that it was good experience staying at the hotel. Ps: there could be parking issue as car would be parked on the road side in front of the hotel.

We are highly satisfied with the service and stay in the hotel taj crown plaza. Rooms are net and clean with necessary all benifits. Foods are delicious and not reach with oil and spicy. Beavhiear of staffs are very cooperative.

The rooms are pleasant and comfortable. The staff is nice. The hotel is located in the middle of a vegetable market that starts operating in the middle of the night, including shouting, so it was difficult to sleep with this noise. Also, there was no hot water and even though we asked several times and were promised that the problem would be fixed immediately, it did not help and we were left without the possibility to shower

Property was not so big but good and hygienic. Interior is good, but the services are not up to the mark. You can only prefer that hotel because of the good location and clean rooms. Centralised ac was there and hot water service is round the clock. The only thing was not good was their room service.
