Jaypee Palace Hotel

The service was exquisite, staff extremely helpful in every way, hotel palatial in every way. The buffet breakfast and dinners catered for everyone. We had a wonderful time thankyou so much, India with 5 star has been the most amazing trip.

This review is to praise the check in staff upon arrival. We had a major issue with our reservation....it was not in the system!!! Panicked and upset after a long day of travel, Kirti and Amar were quick to calm us down and work with us, even talking to our travel agent. They ended up giving us a BETTER rate than the one we booked!! They handled the situation with such grace and our apologies could not have been enough! Kirtharth was also working the check in desk area and he kindly walked us to our room, giving an explanation of the hotel and layout. He even helped us the next day making an international call for us! Such great service! We enjoyed this hotel so much, we visited four of the restaurants! Paatra had amazing Inidan food and live music - we ate there for dinner both nights! C'est Chine had amazing Chinese food that you could see being freshly made by the Chef. We visited Tapas twice for drinks before dinner and the Grand Buffet for the buffet breakfast both mornings. Several staff members were so eager to help. The breakfast area was busy but Ankit was always at our table, ready to assist! Wonderful stay here! Highly recommend!

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Staff were excellent and the grounds and amenities are second to none. We ate at both the Chinese and Indian restaurants and both were superb. The Indian was inventive and delicious and the traditional live music was a lovely authentic touch. Highly recommend.

We Stayed with your hotel for 2 days and must say that it was so memorable and smooth stay .The lady at reception Ms .kirti gave us Room as per our preference and Simran escorted us to the room they both were very polite and helpful.The breakfast was also commendable hope to come back again soon ❤️

We have been on a 5 star week holiday and this Hotel and restaurants have been outstanding. They have left the best til last. The gardens and acreage of the prost are truly beautiful. They have 3 helipads. The hotel itself is huge. Nishant our waiter on our last night was very attentive..

The server is exceptional. Sumit and Rounak from the grand buffet were exceptional. Laxmi in the women's room happily helped my kid in the washroom. Wonderful service by the staff. Nice variety of food and very clean. Would recommend this to everyone.
