Needs to maintain hygiene and cleanliness, poor network, faced lot of network issues and wifi connection also poor, food quality is average, should improve the ambience

Booked a Deluxe AC room but they said ac is not available. Room was provided just beside the Road which made us very difficult to sleep.Very dirty washroom with no Flash,no hand jet.Used dirty Bed-sheet.

location was good. staff were also very supportive. But cleanliness was a major issue. Blanket was so dusty that my whole family got allergic sneezing.

I had a bad experience with this basil inn guest house, the room was dirty, and the room was not ok with the ratio of room price, it was a very bad experience basil inn guest house, room service was not available

Not value for money. Doesn’t worth more than a 1000 bucks. Mm t should verify before selling on their platform.

My stay experience in basil inn was excellent. It is a very good hotel in a good location. All the staff are very cooperative. The owner of the hotel is a very humble gentleman he helped us to make our trip comfortable with his guidance. It is a safe and homelike hotel for a family.
