In total that was a great stay. Good: The bedroom and shower room are very spacious, there are several types of outfits are in the room which is useful, a good restaurant, an Ayurveda Spa experience, and very friendly staff who even speak a little bit of Japanese. They made me feel like this is a home. Bad: Sometimes poor wifi connection, but not that big issue

Had a wonderful stay! The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing. Special thanks to Mr. Aman Sharma, the hotel manager, for his outstanding hospitality. He truly made the stay memorable. Highly recommend! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great pool and outstanding service!

There was a cockroach at breakfast and loads of flies, could not think of anything worse than eating here. The wifi drops out every couple minutes, half the plugs do not work in the room Staff hang around outside you room waiting for tips every time you enter your room and do not leave until you have given one Wouldn’t recommend staying here, was more like an Im a celeb challenge

The Retreat hotel in Agra. They advertise the hotel as a luxury hotel, it is far from luxury. The keyfob itself was filthy with torn stick on labels. The room category was supposed to be a Deluxe room. It was not even up to a level of a Standard room. For a start the door lock was broken. The room was dusty and not properly cleaned. The furnishing such as the ottoman and the couch was torn, there was no other chair in the room despite having a desk. The kettle, dustbin, taps and wash up sanitary was filthy and rusted. The toilet had brown stains and was leaking on the floor at the back and also running continuously, the shower tap was dripping continuously. I had reported this to the front desk and requested that we be shifted to another room which request was refused. I was told that they will attend to the problems while we were out for the day. Upon arrival at the end of the day I was told to make use of a manual key as the locksmith did not come. The toilet was also not fixed. The carpets in the passageway was filthy. For breakfast which was included in the price, we had to ask for cereal which was kept under the counter away from the buffet tables. The only cereal they had was corn flakes. Not sure if this was some sort of bias against an Indian even though I am foreign residing Indian. To be honest, I will not recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends.

My recent stay at the The Retreat Hotel Agra was truly unforgettable, thanks to Mrs Zeba & entire team for the exceptional service and warm hospitality the hotel was so good. Ambience was great. The room service even helped me at odd hours to provide milk for the baby. I booked the hotel for my family. They stayed there for one night. Everything was organized wonderful. Got good rates including dinner and it was all thank to the Reservation Manager Mrs Zeba who helped me do all the booking organize

Had a pleasant stay, the service was quick. I stayed in superior room, the room size was decent. East Gate Parking (entry to taj Mahal) was close too. Mr. Yogesh was quite professional and treated nicely. The staff helps you with questions related to sightseeing and local attractions. Food taste was decent too. Should consider increasing the timing for breakfast till 11am
