The Retreat

In total that was a great stay. Good: The bedroom and shower room are very spacious, there are several types of outfits are in the room which is useful, a good restaurant, an Ayurveda Spa experience, and very friendly staff who even speak a little bit of Japanese. They made me feel like this is a home. Bad: Sometimes poor wifi connection, but not that big issue

Very nice environment. Hotel people's are also very nice. Foods are awesome. Swimming pool guide is also very good in behavior. Overall found good and excellent place to stay. Thank you...so much to all Hotel staff.... We enjoyed a lot. Rgdd.

Had a wonderful stay! The pool was clean and perfect for relaxing. Special thanks to Mr. Aman Sharma, the hotel manager, for his outstanding hospitality. He truly made the stay memorable. Highly recommend! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great pool and outstanding service!

Very friendly, very clean and everyone very helpfull. Reasonable prices, pool is really clean and I enjoyed swimming very much! Nothing to complain at all!!! Massage was very good, perfect strength, i enjoyed it a lot! The dinner buffet and breakfast buffet we enjoyed very much!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was not the best, I definitely had better in other hotels, but other than that the hotel was my favorite of all the hotels I had in Delhi and the Golden Triangle. The room was really nice and I had the best sleep in the bed, I wish I could have stayed longer than 1 night. Also the bathroom and shower was really nice, it really felt like a retreat. And they even had a pool. Unfortunately I arrived when the sun had already set and the pool was outdoor, but this way I had it all to myself. Another bonus was the massage salon that could be reached from my floor. What a great place to relax and recharge from busy travels.

The Retreat hotel in Agra. They advertise the hotel as a luxury hotel, it is far from luxury. The keyfob itself was filthy with torn stick on labels. The room category was supposed to be a Deluxe room. It was not even up to a level of a Standard room. For a start the door lock was broken. The room was dusty and not properly cleaned. The furnishing such as the ottoman and the couch was torn, there was no other chair in the room despite having a desk. The kettle, dustbin, taps and wash up sanitary was filthy and rusted. The toilet had brown stains and was leaking on the floor at the back and also running continuously, the shower tap was dripping continuously. I had reported this to the front desk and requested that we be shifted to another room which request was refused. I was told that they will attend to the problems while we were out for the day. Upon arrival at the end of the day I was told to make use of a manual key as the locksmith did not come. The toilet was also not fixed. The carpets in the passageway was filthy. For breakfast which was included in the price, we had to ask for cereal which was kept under the counter away from the buffet tables. The only cereal they had was corn flakes. Not sure if this was some sort of bias against an Indian even though I am foreign residing Indian. To be honest, I will not recommend this hotel to any of my family and friends.
