Hotel was decent, slightly disappointed that this was the only “5 star” option in Agra, but certainly comfortable and staff were friendly and accommodating.

This is a large 80’s style hotel set across spacious gardens close to all Agra has to offer. Large, palatial marble lined foyer with expansive hallways. Good sized, plush room with a/c and ceiling fan. Room has a fridge,safe, writing desk and two lounge chairs. Air conditioning struggled to get the room temperature below 23C but the ceiling fan was helpful. Water pressure was weak. We utilised the laundry services, which were quick, proficient and good value. The buffet restaurant was good quality - particularly the breakfast and dinner. As commented on earlier, the building is vast but both the upstairs bar and the buffet restaurant were both surprisingly small, making getting seating sometimes a challenge. They are currently undertaking some renovation works, which is happening quite unobtrusively, so I hope they remedy this in their refurbishment. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Very big hotel. Location perfect ! Large room with nice bath room. Good bed but no terrace and no spectacular view. Dining area not so cosy. To get something to drink with your food.... it takes long time ! We had almost finished our meal and than our beer came. Nice reception hall, good & large elevators.

Food was really good and so varied, it was a buffet. Rooms also great , . There were many facilities, such as gym, spa, swimming pool, big green areas and so on . Divya was so kind with us, she helped us every time we requested. It was an amazing experience there.

Great staff and service for all possible requirements. Feels like an integral part of Agra and the whole team enjoyed the experience of staying there and all the customised requirements were attended to carefully and with great attention.

The hotel was beautiful?, clean, comfortable, fabulous food. The breakfast was particularly wonderful... everything you can imagine. DIVYA AND MANOJ were so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed including lots of tea and coffee. The hotel has amazing staff but my two friends I mention went above and beyond🥰🥰

Divya was very attentive to us during breakfast service. She noticed we were looking for a specific type of chai and had a special cup made for us with ginger. She exemplifies the hotel’s desire to keep a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Clean and best, Really good service and yummy and tasty food, amazing hospitality by Mr. Amit, Mr. manoj,Mr.ankit and ms. Divya. Food and service both were top notch, a must visit place for everyone, especially family. Everyone should atleast visit once

We had wonderful experience at this hotel specially Mr. Manoj, Divya and his team was very welcoming and served us genuinely. Every meal they made us feel special. Agra has our heart. Our group was of approximately 110 pax. We stayed for two nights we are hotel management college from Mumbai. Your team at clarks chiraz are assets more wings to them.. They made us feel Atithi Dev Bhawa. We were treated as gods they pampered us for breakfast lunch and dinner. Chef Navin has prepared mouth watering dishes moong dal halwa, veg Manchurian, Gajar ka Halwa was show stopper. Exe Chef also addressed our students it was like cherry on cake. Mishra Sir at banquet was very helping and guided us well. We would certainly get back to this property. We stayed from 12-15th Feb. 2 N 3 Days. Room no. 127. Pratyasha and Principal room. No. 228

Divya in the Clark Sheraz dining area is the sweetest waitress. Very friendly and helpful. Taking care of the guests very well! Thank you! She is so kind and my family really appreciated all her help. She got all the meals we wanted and was so helpful.

Manoj Kumar - Checkers Restaurant, Clarks Agra. A special review for a wonderful person in restaurant catering guests with his delight smile and extraordinary service. It’s really accommodating visiting here and one of the best buffet breakfast we end up having. Service is good and a must try masala cheese omelette.

Worst service... Food delayed by like anything... Staff attitude is as if they are doing some favour to customers.... Lame explanation that all tables are full hence delay... If they can't manage the manage and so many tables... Reduce it to 2 table... Atleast they will be able to manage it better...
