This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. What stood out the most was the staff—they were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the hotel’s location made it easy to explore the area. Whether for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and comfort.

The staff at hotel The First knew what their customers wanted and did their best to provide it, and that is what made the experience great. Food was fine but a little too pricey compared to some other places I visited. However, the plus points more than compensated for this because of the food price, hence service, and accommodation.

I enjoyed my time at Hotel The First due for the efforts made by the staffs to ensure that they make the guests comfortable. More than that, they were helping me to organise a city tour on which I didn’t have to worry about anything at all. It has to be mentioned that their employee was friendly and actually their great service added to the overall enjoyment of my trip to Agra.

Our family decided to visit Agra for holiday and we chose this hotel for stay. Keeping with the theme of the hotel the rooms were neet and clean to offer visitors a comfortable place to rest after a whole day of touring. Food was also good; it met the standard which most people would consider appropriate for dining. In general, it was a satisfying trip to make.

Economical but clean and comfortable hotel for an overnight stay or early morning to view Taj Ma hal, very close to the East gate of the palace. It is well located, for a fast feather. The service is one of a kind offered by friendly and hospitable staff to guarantee the client’s comfort and satisfaction.

The rooms are large and clean; their staff is very good, courteous, cooperates well with customers. For those who wants to shop near by markets this is the perfect location. This is a perfect choice for those who are looking to have very comfortable accommodations coupled with excellent service. Perfect for traveling and shopping.

Dishes in hotel are very nice, friendly and helpful people. Although, please note they may expect a tip from each service given. Nevertheless, you have good experiences and kind service in terms of the lovely food. If you are fine with that last thing, the Phalanae is a nice pick for your residence.

This hotel is good value for money. It is plain and simple, perfect for a 1 night stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making the experience much better. The room was clean, big and comfortable Also, what a perfect location this hotel is placed in! I would say this place is a great choice for some relaxed time.
