We did not book this hotel directly, rather it was a package deal with our Machu Picchu and Sacred Valley tour. However, when our train was delayed coming into Aguas Callientes the staff member at the hotel met us at the station, very late at night, and walked us back to the hotel, even making sure that we got to our room okay. Breakfast was provided and even though we thought we were running late for the bus to Machu Picchu early the next morning the same staff member insisted that we had enough time, made us sit down and cooked us eggs and coffee. The food was good and there was more than enough for each of us. He then walked us almost all of the way to the bus stop to make sure that we got there on time, which we did thanks to his efforts. He spoke almost no English, and we spoke almost no Spanish, but he was very patient with us and very careful to make sure that we had everything we needed. All-in-all, a pretty basic hotel as far as amenities are concerned, but the biggest and best 'free breakfast' of any place we have stayed in the last 3 weeks and very attentive staff make this place worth a visit.
