I would not recommend staying at this place. The photos you see are probably from when they first opened. The rooms do NOT look like that now. I went to Aguas Calientes with a group, and all of the rooms had mold growing on the ceilings, no towels in the bathrooms, and when we requested towels, they put one towel, and the next day took the towel and did not put new ones in. The walls are dirty and look like they have not been painted since they opened. I had bugs in my bed and my ankles and feet were covered in small bites. I kept looking in the sheets but could not see anything, but by the next morning both my feet and parts of my legs were covered in these small bites. We were forced to stay there a second night as they would not refund our second night so we could stay elsewhere. I did not sleep at all and tried to lay on top of the bed with my sweatshirt covering me. (I pulled the covers off completely) The walls are paper thin, and we could hear conversations from the other floors all hours of the night (yes the other FLOORS) . The front staff is nice and friendly, it was not their fault their hotel is so run down, but the housekeeping staff doesn't seem to know that rooms should be clean, and more than one towel should be put in the room, and replaced if they take it out of the room. Breakfast ends at 8am, which is early compared to other hotels. My friend got there 15 minutes late at 8:15 and the left over food was still out, but they would not give her a fork, so she stabbed her dry bread and the few pieces of cubed fruit with a knife she found and ate it like that... Staying at this hotel pretty much put a damper on our 2 days there. It was a horrifying experience. I was so exhausted from no sleep by the time I left. Some of the staff used the excuse of the pandemic for the hotel being so run down. I would not recommend staying here. PS- sorry but I could not bring myself to post pictures of my feet and ankle bites.
