I went for a 3 day stay at this hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easy check-in process. Faced little issues with the room. I was in room 01. It had no ventilation this without ac you can't stay there for 5 minutes. The washroom hand shower was leaking this the bathroom floor was wet all the time. Very hard pillows and an average blanket with holes in it.Rest the staff was good, the location was good. Good connectivity. Everything was good except few issues in the room

Extremely disappointing experience!! The hotel pictures uploaded are deceiving! The room was full of cockroaches 🪳 and the bathroom was in terrible condition, looked as if it wasn't cleaned since ages. The toilet flush was not working, there was no water jet, no exhaust outlet. We had to flush 💩 using a bucket of water.
Never ever book a room here even if it is for a short stay. The railway station waiting room is a better option than Hotel Metropole.

No ventilation in the room and bathroom, door mats were wet and bedsheets were not good. All walls were damp and very smelly

the hotel is in real bad shape....small room size....very bad interiors...in fact no interiors at all...no lift...had to climb two floors....bathroom is in a mess too
