My experience to be honest I feel wasn't as I expected. I had checked in today in the hotel where me and my colleagues were asked for our government proof id to be submitted to which me as well as my collegues handed it over to the receptionist and it wasn't given on time , I retrieved my colleagues passport and handed it over to her after I noticed that it wasn't given to her and she already left to her room by then it could have happened to me as well, as per me documentations such as these should be handed then and there at the time of check in with utmost care as these are very important documents and can create an issue if misplaced or lost. 2) at the time of checkin we weren't informed what I wifi password would be or for that matter also which number should we dial from room to connect to the reception when in room. 3)I had requested for bathroom amenities to be delivered to the room which took nearly 40-45 minutes to arrive , Also my lunch which I had ordered through in room dining did not take that much time. so I ended up eating up eating first and then freshening up later which was ideally supposed to be done visa versa. 4 ) Food I ordered was good , the in room dining delivered as per the time they promised even before that. Nothing was missed by them. Later in the evening I had gone in the restaurant for dinner the staff in the restaurant were very much prompt with their services and I could see they were very much hardworking and took really good care of us in the restaurant. Later I had a conversation with Mr Mustafa in the restaurant who was very much eager to know what went wrong and informed me that he would escalate this . He was very much approachable and listened to the queries with utmost curiosity.
