Excellent experience especially the House keeping person i.e Sunaina, Sangita & Harsh who had taken proper care. Also the food quality is very good. Kitchen staff are also very good specially Nirav who had given personal touch in food & as per requirement provided the same

The room clean service done by sangeeta and his manager harsh is excellent throughout our stay in hotel. The breakfast and dinner are also very tasty ,healthy and hygienic and manager and his staff is very good and serve the food /service at the table during we had taken food. The front desk staff is very coperative and support during our stay in hotel

We went with friends having booked two executive rooms. A lack of hot water meant that our friends had to move rooms. When the sheets were being changed we noticed stains of human fluids on the quilt pillows and mattress. We went and checked our room we found the same stained bedding. All hidden by freshly laundered linen. Replacement bedding were similar stained. Curtains are torn and there is mold in the bathroom. I suggest you remove the covers and look for yourself. The general manager was uninterested and from conversation it is unlikely that he inspects the rooms. If you want to sleep on and under human fluid stains and shower in mouldy bathrooms please book this hotel especially the executive rooms.

We enjoyed 3 fantastic nights at this very nice hotel. We were very well received by Akhtar and Kamlesh at the reception and the rest of the staff er met. Special thanks to Kamlesh who took us to our room and gave us a fantastic walkthrough of the amenities. He is a super friendly and welcoming person. All the staff we met at the hotel gave us a great service. A special experience we were happy with, was when we one evening needed medicine. I asked the reception for help for where to get some, and after which I was escorted down the road to the local Medical Store and back again. Room was nice and clean and very comfortable. Room cleaning was provided each day and very thorough. Breakfast is provided 7 to 11 and has a good variation of food and drinks, even when arriving late. The hotel is located with a beautiful view of the Sabarmati River which runs through Ahmedabad. Especially when it got dark, we had a beautiful view of the illuminated city from our room. The hotel is set back from the road, which minimized the road noise.
